They were prompt in their arrival and were professional in providing estimate. However, they would not move the appliances - washer, dryer, large freezer, and refrigerator. They provided me with a name of a company who could come move the pieces out and in, but that would have been one more thing to pay for and would have prolonged the process. Their price was much higher than another company who included moving these items. We opted not to go with them.

This is a company that pours coating but it turns out they only can pour it over concrete which I do not have and that was the problem and the guy was very nice. We talked extensively and finally he says "this will be a risk but what we can do for you is dig up all this bad part of your floor and put a really thick professional epoxy coating on it and see if that happens" but he was very honest he said "I don't know if that will work". So they came out and did it and now we will see if it works or not. Again, they were quite wonderful and reliable. I would use them again. I think the job was more than they expected for 600 but they continued to give me that price. There was much more digging up and power washing and vacuuming than I think they anticipated.

Contractor showed up when promised and completed work on time, Floors were severely pitted and cracked. They took time to grind and fill all cracks and holes. Finished coat with granite chips looks fantastic. They offer lifetime warranty. Very pleased with the company, employees and results.

Everything went very well from day one until completed. We had our garage remodeled; new ceiling lights, drywall, painted, new garage door. We had to do something to the floor. Checked Angie's List and selected Columbus Garage Floor Coating. We are very pleased with the outcome of our garage floor. We have told friends who stopped by to take a look. The process couldn't have gone any better! Brad and Kenny were wonderful to work with (as were all of the installers)! They came out and prepped the area by installing a "tent" around the opening to the garage and then got right to work. All work was completed within a few days (It took slightly longer due to FREEZING cold January temperatures). We were parking on it within 5 days. The floor turned out beautifully! We are so happy with it that we decided to do another garage! I would highly recommend Columbus Garage Floor Coating. These guys are true professionals and really know how to make a garage look great (plus it gives you the "kick in the pants" that you might need to get your garage in order!)

The work was completed as scheduled. Our tired old garage slab was grinded, epoxied & colored on the first day. They came back & sealed it the following day. End product was a little fumey, so we left the garage doors open.Turned out beautiful.

We stopped by their booth at a home improvement show at the Cols Conv Center. They seemed very knowledgeable and professional. They offered us a $250 discount for doing it in February before their busy season. Price seemed reasonable, and other painters at the show all referred back to this company because it's more of a specialty. That made us feel confident it was the right choice. Everything was scheduled and executed exactly as promised. Both workers were punctual, courteous and professional (3 days). We did have an issue with the odor from the first coat, which almost forced us to leave for the night. We ended up buying and lighting tons of candles and the fireplace (to burn off fumes), and we set a bucket of water in the middle of our condo with sliced lemons (found these remedies on the internet ? they worked to a decent extent). That said, I probably wouldn't advise doing it in weather you can't comfortably open windows or doors. They did alter the type of thinner on the next coats to relieve this issue, which helped a little. They also gave us extra flecks and top coating for our inconvenience and discomfort. I?m anxious to try mopping it and see how it fairs after winter, but it?s looking good so far. I would highly recommend.

I was impressed with the whole process of this company. Our sale rep was awesome. He kept his word on every thing he told me that would happen. He was part of the work crew. Every thing went as planned. The floor and porch are beautiful. Time will tell how well this product will hold up. It went very well. We had a couple of spots that we didn't think were up to par. They came right back out to correct those areas.

Our concrete garage floor had cracks and pitting and deteriorating, after decades of wear and tear and winter salt. The epoxy coating was a superb way to restore it and give us a much cleaner and more durable surface.After an initial miscommunication about the day the work was scheduled to begin, everything went smoothly and efficiently. Every contact, from the general manager to the work crew, was on the highest level of courtesy and professionalism. Each step was clearly and intelligently explained. This is a fine company, with a fine product.Anyone having epoxy coating in a garage attached to the home needs to be aware of the fumes and lingering odors as the epoxy dries. Any door between the garage and a room should be well insulated. We had no trouble with the odors, since we kept the garage open as long as possible to let the space air out.

They came exactly when they said they would. Day 1 they ground down the ugly concrete basement floor, and vacuumed up the dust as they went so it wasn't a big mess. They put down an epoxy, and then scattered chips of black & white & gray so that it would look like the sample I picked. That dried overnight; day 2 they applied two sealing coats. 48 hours later I could walk on it.The first night stunk up the house, despite that they taped up the basement door. It's unavoidable - luckily it wasn't too cold, so I kept windows open all night. The sealing coats on day 2 did away with a lot of the smell. I can still (10 days later) notice it a little, but I'm sure that'll pass. My basement floor looks great now - I use my basement as my spare room, and finishing the floor made all the difference.

Our garage floor had a previous epoxy coating installed 10 years ago, and it was deteriorating. Therefore, we sought a company who could replace that flooring with a more durable and slip-proof surface. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish with this company. Our initial phone call was answered promptly, and a meeting was arranged for the next week. We went to the showroom for the meeting, and were shown multiple options for our garage floor. Each option was explained in detail, and we were able to see the finished product. After signing the contract, the company arrived on the designated date, and completed the job as promised. They were extremely professional, courteous, and respectful of our home while onsite. We are delighted with our new garage floor and would highly recommend this company to anyone considering this project.

The company did more than we expected and were very easy to work with...arrived on time, stayed on the agreed upon schedule and cleaned up each time they were here.

.The crew was punctual, efficient, and cleaned up thoroughly. It took 7 days to completely dry before we could move our cars into the garage. It looks sharp and is very easy to clean.

The job was more than I anticipated because I was not familiar with the cost of this type of work.

Our Nature Stone had deteriorated significantly after just 5 years. No one but them would address the problem but they were way over priced. So I contacted Columbus garage Floor coatings and they had a product that would not only cover the Nature Stone but fill in the areas that had chipped out of it. The way that they approached the job was far superior to the way that Nature Stone did. I'm not sure that I will need anything more other than the routine sealing but should the need arise I would definitely use them again. Great product, Great job.
