Brandon provided good information on process and competitive quote. Went with another vendor, but would recommend obtaining a quote from his company if you are shopping for a garage floor covering product.

Brandon who came out to give us a quote did a fine job of going over the process , he just seemed like he didn’t want to be there. He never sent our quote to us. I called him to follow up 2 weeks later and no one ever called me back.

Their company is very professional compared to a couple of other companies I had contacted. Easy to schedule, they explained the process and showed up on time and completed the work as described. The floor looks great and answered all questions that I had - I went with their mica floor which looks better than anything else I have seen and doesn’t seem slippery when wet.

I was told they could fill in the corner of my garage at the door that was lower where water was running into the garage prior to putting down the expoxy floor. When the crew got there to do the floor, they said oh no we can't do that; we are not concrete people. My salesperson had quoted me an extra $500 to fix that low corner (he seemed to think they could put down some extra epoxy to fix it), but now i am told they cannot do that. I told them to forget that low corner and put down the epoxy floor as I needed to get it done as I had cabinet people coming the following Monday (at this point they were two days behind my scheduled date). They proceeded to put down the floor over the next three days. When they were finished I noticed a raised area where they had poured the patching resin over a crack in the floor. They didn't even smooth it down, just poured resin over the crack and it showed up as a pretty prominent bump in the finished floor. The next day I had the sales person come back out to look at it; he took photos; and a week has passed. I have heard nothing back from this company. I still owe them the rest of the payment. They showed up hours late each day, calling every couple hours to tell me that they would be delayed yet another couple hours, and they arrived very late in the afternoon every single day they worked on my garage floor.. I feel that they rushed through my job not taking time to smooth down the epoxy or fill in the edges of the garage floor (it is all uneven). The chips are rough and I snag things on the floor (not enough epoxy put down?). A bad experience all around.

Originally repair issue looked at March 5th !!. I was told would be out once weather warmed up to fix since issue was under warrently . BY end of April no one had come out . Called and was told would be out on a Saturday Jun 9 by a Brandon ( who mainly does sales) . No call no show . Called him again on June 11 and he finally sent a crew out a few days later on June 14. Job was partially completed . Told would be back the next couple of days day . No one came . Called Brandon again . Told no would could come out until AUGUST 4!!!. WOW . Again NO CALL NO SHOW . Called main number that same Saturday. An Eric called back and had never heard of us or the job repair. Was told would get done that following week. Well didn't happen. Called Eric and was told the guy had the flu and would be out in a few days Now neither Brandon or Eric ( i have their cells) respond to any voice mails left. Very sad and disappointed . I don't get the issue . The repairs are not major and time consuming.

It was wonderful. The guys were timely, easy for me to work with and professional. It totally improved my tired 1970's Garage. I am no longer reluctant to have someone enter through the Garage Door. I love it. Worth the effort to clear and clean out the Garage and definitely worth the money.

They were fine. I liked the time from start to completion. They tried to give me a sample but also said the sample is not going to match exactly what you are seeing. So I would say if they could put their sample on a more realistic material that would be helpful. I would use them again but I would definitely be more selective in their options.

Very pleased with the results. Kenny prepared the quote and was very professional and on time. Installers were also on time, polite, and did a wonderful job. Other reviews have mentioned the strong odor, which Kenny told me about up front. Plan to ventilate the area as much as possible, and stay with a friend or at a hotel for a couple of nights if you can. After the first 2 or 3 days it is much more tolerable, and after a week no longer noticeable. The curing process was slower for us because of cold weather.

Horrible, absolutely horrible, mind boggling horrible. The manager even came out to my house and was cursing at me. I was trying to tell him about his flooring and he said it was normal and started cursing at me, so I told him to get out of my house. If you pay that much you should have the quality and were bad. I still got stuff going on with my floor and they are supposed to come out and fix it.

The cement floor in the basement of our 90+ year old house was in very poor condition. The installers spent extra time and did a great job of patching and preparing the floor for the coating. The installed floor looks amazing. All of the employees were very professional. The job was done quickly despite the extra time needed to patch and dry the floor. Overall great job.

When the company first came out, it looked good. Soon after, I realized the floor was slippery and I ended up falling and hurting myself. They came out again and put a agent on the floor to keep me from slipping again. Then after a year, the paint on the garage floor started peeling up from the floor. They came out again and redid that area peeling, but now the color is different from the rest of the floor. Now, another year later, its peeling again. Rust is also coming through on both sides of the garage that they painted. The guy gave some recommendations, but none of them worked.

This is a very professional group. I met with Brad to look at the job (it was a big job) and he gave me a quote and outlined the process. The team came to our house on schedule and completed the work promptly over a 3-day period. This group really cares about the quality of their work. I would use them again in a heart beat and I have recommended them to countless people already.

They did an excellent job, and got there when promised. I'm very happy with their work.

No issues at all - hard part was emptying the garage!! Everything must be off the floor when they arrive! Be prepared for a covering of dust after they are done.

They arrived on time and did a terrific job. The first grinding took a day but made the floor which was pitted and cracked look like new concrete ( except for the crack). They also filled the crack with epoxy mixed with ground walnut shells to make a solid repair. The next day they applied the first coat of epoxy then came back on the third day for the final coat and color flakes. They had to come back in June to finish the porch floor because of expected rain. There was a lot of dust from the grinding but they vacuumed the floors thoroughly before the first coat and between coats. We had removed everything from the floor of the garage but left stuff on shelves which did get dusty, even though we covered them. Suggest clearing shelves if possible.The floor looks great and is easy to keep clean and this winter it has been easy to squeegee out the slush and road grime. It was a lot less expensive than getting a new floor put in. We would consider using them again if we wanted to do the basement floor.

The service was excellent. The staff was professional. They were very prompt. They made the garage floor look like granite. They cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them.

They were great to work with. The technician came out and called to keep me informed of when he would arrive. He explained the process and I went with them because of their life time warranty. They did exactly what they said they would do.

Good experience from beginning to end. The floor looks amazing and all the cracks and chips are repaired and covered. The installers were experienced and efficient and did a great job. We had them cover the apron between the garage floor and the drywall which gives the garage a very finished look. I would recommend Columbus Garage Flooring if you want to upgrade your garage flooring. We finished the garage with cabinets by Closets by Design.

You get what you pay for and these guys are the best. Clearly explained process and estimate. So many options and colors to choose from. Came in a little under the estimate too! If you are thinking about cleaning up your basement and protecting the floor, this work in a no-brainer.

Fantastic. Price is a little steep, but you get what you pay for. Lifetime warranty for the premium coating was worth the upcharge. Installation crew was propmpt and had the job completed in about a day and a half. Brad was a pleasure to work with. Some have complained about the smell of the coating, but if you leave the garage cracked for a couple of days it goes away in no time. Would reccomend again to anyone.
