I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service and it turned out very well; they were professional. They were on time, knowledgeable and are a very good service provider. They were very specific on the procedure of scheduling this Angie's List Big Deal project. I thought the price was good.

I called for an estimate, Mike arrived on time and was very professional. He had examples of the insulated and non insulated doors to help me choose which kind I wanted. He discussed different options and wrote a detailed estimate. I had another company come for a second estimate but was disappointed with their performance so called Mike to schedule installation. I left him a message about what day would work best for me. I got a return message, scheduling the installation on the day I had asked for. Don arrived on the scheduled day, he was on time and very professional. Hard to believe that one person could install a double garage door, but he did it and in less time than he had originally estimated. The door looks wonderful, Don removed the old door and all the other components and cleaned up everything. My new door works great, it's quiet and makes my garage much more secure. I am very glad I chose Graf and Sons to install my new door.

The repair technician arrive on time. He repaired both cables on a very heavy wooden door after bring in all his equipment through the house, on a very warm day. He then had to replace both springs in a very hot and confined space, He was very professional in all aspects of his work. Less than 12 hours later I need emergency work to an overhead door at my business that need to be secured for the night. They arrive within 45 minutes of the call, this was at the end of the workday, they secured the door and were finished in an hour. Graf has looked after the garage door in this house for over 50 years. When it finally gave out I called Graf--didn't think of any one else. I have always found them to be prompt, reliable, and good about explaining what was needed.

Great service. I called Friday morning at 6:45 am and talked to the answering service. Someone from the company called me back at 8:05 am and I explained the situation. He said they would send someone out first thing, and by 8:45 a guy was at the house. He fixed a broken cable that attaches to the springs, and replaced one of the brackets that holds it on. He also lubricated various parts and adjusted it so the door opens and closes more smoothly now.

Extremely satisified. Serviced within hours of purchasing an Angie's Big Deal. Garage spring broke and my car was held hostage inside the garage. Technician went above and beyond and reset the tracks and reprogrammed my remotes. Was able to service the garage with my car inside. Very impressed and referred to several other people with confidence!

Around the time our garage door stopped opening I noticed that there was an Angie's List deal with the company to replace a spring so I purchased it and had them come out. The guy who came was very friendly and even let me get the Angie's deal to replace two springs since I decided I may as well change them both out even though that wasn't what I originally purchased. Door works great and is quieter than it was before.

Our door stopped working, I called this morning, Jim came out this afternoon. He was pleasant, prompt and professional. Absolutely will use them again.

I called them this morning and they were at my house and had replaced the springs within an hour. They were friendly, professional, and had good communication.

My husband was on his way to work when the spring broke. Both of our cars were trapped in the garage. We called several companies and they told us any where from 2:30 to 4 pm. It broke at 7am. When Graf and Sons found out our predicament they sent someone out within a couple of hours. Jeff our repairman was professional, competent and very knowledgeable. He did not try to sell us anything we did not need and gave helpful advice on our aging garage door opener.

We are very pleased so far with the entire process. I contacted a number of companies and settled on Graf & Sons. The company salesman Mike came out to the house, measured our existing door then made door recommendations based on our conversation and needs. Graf & Sons had a number of door options instock however our choice needed to be ordered and would take approximately 2 weeks. Mike followed up with us, upon ordering and receiving door delivery confirmation, to schedule the new door installation. On installation day installer Don telephoned in advance and arrived on time at our scheduled time. Don introduced himself, confirmed door opening measurement with his paperwork and commenced to unload our new door and required parts and stage them in the garage. Upon verifing all the parts needed, Don removed our old door, door hardware and placed them on his truck to haul away, then began installing the new door. The entire process took approximately 3 hours. Upon completion of the door installation, Don reconnected our exising door opener after replacing the existing brackets and made the final adustments. Don put all his tools back on his truck, swept the garage area clean, reviewed the new door operating and mantainance proceedures and collected payment.

My overall experience with Graf was great. I emailed the company after hours and they called me the next morning. We were able to set up an appointment thatsame day. I was not able to be at home when they arrived, so I left a side door to my garage open. The technician showed up, fixed the issue, left the invoice, and the office called for payment. Couldn't have had an easier.

Thursday night, we had a spring break on our garage door. I hopped on Angie's List and saw there was a Deal for replacement springs and tune up from Graf & Sons. We ordered that night, and the next day they had called to schedule an appointment. They were able to come out on Friday, replace the springs and perform the tuneup.

Ted was on time, diagnosed the problem and proposed solutions. We elected to go with a new opener. Ted had the new one installed in short order. He then programmed both the outside keypad and the transmitters in both of our cars. We have dealt with Graf and Son's on previous occasions and they never disappoint.

We wanted a new garage door and opener. Mike was prompt in arranging an estimate. We discussed types of doors, and quickly agreed on an insulated doulbe steel door which I wanted after my internet research. We wanted a quiet door opener, and he advised on what to order. We chose a garage door color and patter. Installation was scheduled for 3 weeks later. The door was installed as promised exactly on the day scheduled. It looks great, is quiet, and we are very happy with the whole experience.

Prompt friendly service. Fair price. However, a few days after service was performed the one door started to squeak when being closed. I called Company and they recommended that I try WD40 which I did and that didn't help. I called back and they said they would come back out but would need to charge me another service call. I declined and will just live with it.

Both gentlemen were extremely friendly and very professional. They replaced our garage springs and did a basic "tune-up" and completed the job within an hour. We had a great experience and would definitely use them again!
