Description of Work: They replaced a 27 year old wooden garage door that was really showing it's age. We had new siding put up last year and the door stood out like a sore thumb. They came and installed the door on time and very professional, they were there well before 9 and done by 12 noon, everything clean and neat. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Description of Work: Wood garage door would not open, I saw that one spring was broken so called them an 9AM. Ted came out early afternoon and replaced both springs as I figured the other one would also break down the line. He also tightened all nuts on the wood door and lubed. I have used them in the past and been satisfied.

Very pleased.
Description of Work: Torsion spring snapped on Sunday, left VM with call service. Graf returned phone call on Monday, scheduled appointment for Tuesday late morning. Very quick response and we had the two springs replaced within an hour. Ted and his counterpart were very professional and detailed. I would recommend them in the future.

Description of Work: Springs broke on Sunday. I called and they would have come that day but I was willing to wait until Mondayn to save the weekend premium. They called at 8:00 Monday and was there by 10:00 done by Noon. Charlie was awesome; replaced 2 springs and did some other minor fix ups and it worked better than ever. I asked if he knew how to program car. He said he would show me but then forgot; 5 minutes later he came back and said he remembered that he forgot to help with that. It was so hard to decide which company to go with because so many garage door repair companies have good ratings on Angies List, and while I am sure the others are good too, Graf does seem to go the extra mile, and they are so friendly, as others have noted.
