Description of Work: Fixed my garage door. Greg arrived on time and was especially friendly, professional and enthusiastic. My door was not closing and he diagnosed it right away and lubricated all involved parts. Not only that, he also left me the ingredients to make my own lubricant for the door with instructions to apply every 4 months. Educated me on the workings of these doors too! Thanks Greg!

Description of Work: Graf and Sons replaced our garage door both the double door and a single door. The added a Liftmaster opener with battery backup on the big door. Everything was completed onsite in 2 days. They were efficient, punctual, and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Columbus Door Sales installed a new garage door opener. Installer came as scheduled and completed the work in the time estimated. He was very knowledgeable about the product and patient as I wanted to get all the 'openers' synch'd to my car and my mother's house as well. He showed me how to re-set opener if something happens. Very nice work.

Description of Work: Installed two new garage doors and a garage door opener. Mike arrived on time. He removed our old garage doors and did a great job installing the new garage doors and opener. He made sure everything was clean before he left. I have used Columbus Door Sales before and I will use them again. Our new doors look beautiful and our door opener works great.

Description of Work: I had a 30+ year old over head door that had rusted along the bottom panel and was braking off in pieces. The springs had been replaced in 2003, and did not want to have any maintenance issues thru the upcoming winter, and beyond. Got an estimate, liked the new styles and price, had the door replaced. Service technician did the complete removal and installation of new door in about 4 hours on a nice summer day. Have had no problems now over 5 months later. Good investment.

WAS TOLD THAT THE REP WOULD TRY TO BE OUT ON THURSDAY BUT HE DID NOT SHOW. CALLED THURSDAY AFTERNOON AND WAS TOLD HE WOULD BE OUT FRIDAY MORNING AROUND 9AM. HE DID NOT SHOW. HE CALLED AT 2:15 PM ON FRIDAY AND SAID HE COULD COME OUT SHORTLY. HE WAS TOLD NOT TO BOTHER.
