Great job - approx 1 hour after arrival, it was fixed.

First off, I was a bit hesitant when I found out Graf and sons sold their business. But a rep called first thing this morning and assured me there were still employees from the old days that stayed on and he assured me the quality of work was just as good as what I had in past. He scheduled me for today. Accommodated my morning apt request. Called 30 minutes ahead to tell me they were on the way. Joe came and was great! Knew exactly what to do... did it quickly. I also decided to buy a replacement pad (mine was worn out). He installed it fast too. I had an Angie's coupon for $25 off... so I was a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER! Great Job!

Greg arrived at my house right on time. He was very nice and very nice to my dogs! He came in repaired the spring, rebooked up my garage door opener and winterized my garage door. He was in and out efficiently. They said it would take 90 minutes and he was done within an hour.

My Garage door broke at 1 am - we were moving house with a garage full of stuff and movers due at 9 am I call Christine at Graf & Sons and she had a guy there within 30 minutes and he fixed the door in another 30 mins. The door was a mess and i thought it would be at least $500 - they had me up and running and only charged $150. I called them on the recommendation of a friend and can see why he likes them. Look no further these guys are top notch.

They have done a fabulous job. They are really good and the price was quite reasonable. I like the quality of their work, the materials the company uses, the quality of their doors and their equipment is top quality. The work has just been outstanding. I know they have been in business for a long time.

We were directed to this provider via a American Home Shield home warranty plan. They came and fixed the door while we were out and took our credit card number over the phone. They completed the work but never furnished a receipt. 5 months later, the garage door started doing the exact same thing. I called them to let them know their repair had obviously not worked, and after first agreeing to come out, they called me back and indicated they would have to charge me for the service call. I informed them that typically companies will stand by their repairs when the same problem starts back up again. I was informed by Christine that because there was no part installed by the employee, there was no warranty. She kept repeating this, which made no sense, especially since this is not the industry standard for standing behind ones' work. My guess is that they are instructed not to warrant any of their work done as a contractor for American Home Shield. I told them I would contact another company and that it was unprofessional.

I called and said our garage door opener wasn't working properly and that it was flashing an error code. They came out within a couple of hours of my call. They said a wire was bad and it was likely due to a power surge from the storms we had Sunday. They replaced the wire and I was able to use my coupon for an additional discount. Service was excellent!

They were very professional fast and the cost was good.

I came back late one night and my garage door would not open. On top of that, my wife's car was blocked in the garage, I left a message first thing in the morning and within an hour I received a call to schedule an appointment for that same day. A couple of guys came over before noon and fixed the issue. I needed cables replaced, some of the hinges needed reinforced, and all of the hinges needed oiled. A great experience overall. I would use them again in a second.

I'm pleased with their service, but wish your description would have been better. We have 2 garage doors and so I bought the deal for 2 springs not knowing that some garage doors have 2 springs. They adjusted the price and did the work. They said people often make the same mistake, but it was a problem on Angie's List's side and not theirs.

Garage door wouldn't open. After they fixed it the problem came back a few days later. They came back out and fixed again and didn't charge us the second visit. I would recommend.

They came out and sealed the door. They were very prompt and did great work. They gave you a discount for being an Angie's List member.

On 04/30/2014 I went to leave the house and the garage door would not go up. I saw it had a broken spring. This is a old garage door opener and a heavy wood 2 car garage door. I used Angie's List to find a repair person. I saw Graf & Sons and that they had good reviews and a $25 off coupon. I gave them a call and I got lucky because they were able to come out the same day. The techs told me I also needed not only springs but cables too. After a few hours they said I was in good shape and ready to use the door again. On 05/02/2014 I received a call that there was a math error on my work order and I was overcharged $10. I would have never known. It is nice doing business with honest people.

I'm so glad we called them! They repaired our garage door for approximately one-tenth of what it would cost to replace. Within 24 hours, I scheduled the appointment and they had completed service. They were very punctual (early even), very polite, and very knowledgeable. They didn't try to oversell anything and left us feeling confident we made the right choice. It was a pleasure working with them!

Contacted the company asking for a time to set up an estimate and it took them over two days to respond to me. Several other companies responded within hours. Did not use this company.

Excellent. They were busy and we waited one week but they came when and I got to use my coupon $25 off and I left it in the back of the garage door.

Garage door stuck half way up on Saturday morning. Called Graf and Sons to ask them to help. Discussed the situation with receptionist. Hung around. Called back. Spoke with a different person who explained to me that to come on the weekend would cost significantly more, so they had booked me for Monday. On Monday, received a call early in the morning that the service man was coming. He arrived about 5 minutes before the appointment. Fixed the opener quickly. The cost was reasonable. The technician said nice things about our old door and opener. I was completely satisfied. The B grades below are for the first person I spoke to not fully explaining the situation. Once that was resolved, all was A level work from then on.

Very good, I was up front that I had a deal from Angie's list and they accepted it and did not try to up sell me or sell me something that was not necessary.

These guys are great. They came within one day, allowed me to choose the appointment time, had the replacement part in their truck, were fast and courteous, and cleaned up after they were finished.

The are very good and timely. He knew what he was doing.

Patrick was great. He arrived on time, installed the door quickly, explained the setup, and went above & beyond.

We were happy with the service and the Big Deal.
