Description of Work: Had to have broken spring replaced in double garage door. Called Monday afternoon for estimate and appointment. Josh, very professonal and friendly technician, came first thing Tuesday morning to install new springs. Made courtesy call just prior to arriving to let me know he was on his way and came during his scheduled time. Used $25 off coupon found on Angie's List.

Description of Work: One of our garage door openers quit working, and we called Graf, based on its good rating and coupon on Angie's List. They came promptly and examined the 34-year-old opener, and found it was "dead to the world," not surprising considering its age! The service man was professional, courteous, and expert and worked quickly to determine the problem. The same service man returned a few days later to install a new opener -- a huge improvement over the very old one! -- and got it all in and working perfectly in only 1 1/2 hours. Again, his work was clean, expert and well done. We will certainly use this company again, and recommend Graf to anyone needing garage door service,

Description of Work: They gave me an estimate before coming out and confirmed that they had the part that the manufacturer said we would need. They were very thorough. Eli arrived at the promised time and he was able to resolve the problem by lubricating the door. He educated me on how to do this myself and how to know when to do this or when a new garage door opener is needed. He charged me the minimum charge. It didn't take long and I am completely satisfied. The other places I talked to where ready to install a new opener and I'm glad I went with Graf and Sons, they saved me several hundred dollars by being truthful.
