Description of Work: WE CALLED ON A MONDAY AND LEFT A MESSAGE FOR THEM TO CALL US BACK. AS OF THURSDAY OF THIS WEEK THEY HAVE NOT CALLED US BACK. WE NEEDED A LEAKING BATHTUB FAUCET FIXED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE IT WAS REALLY LEAKING BADLY. THEY NEVER RESPONDED TO OUR PHONE MESSAGE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND A PLACE WHERE I HAVE TO LEAVE MESSAGE AND THEN WAIT SEVERAL DAYS AND NEVER HEAR ANYTHING. WE HAD A PLUMBER FIX THE PROBLEM WHO WAS AT OUR HOUSE TO GIVE US AN ESTIMATE ON A REMODELING JOB. THANK GOODNESS HE WILLING TO DO THIS JOB EVEN THOUGH THAT IS NOT WHAT HE WAS ORIGINALLY CALLED OUT FOR.

Description of Work: AN EXISTING DECK FLOORING AND RAFTERS HAD SUNKEN NEARLY 2 INCHES AT THE POINT OF ONE OF THE CENTER POSTS DUE TO SETTLING OF THAT POST (ORIGINAL CONTRACTOR FAILED TO ANCHOR A CENTER POST PROPERLY). CLASSIC HANDYMAN SUCCESSFULLY JACKED UP THE CENTER AREA, LAID CONCRETE AND ANCHORED THE POST AS IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN AND PLACED THE FLOORING BACK.
