They are very competitive with their prices. They are organized and very responsible. We have used them several times.

The estimate process was more complicated than I anticipated. I learned something different from each vendor. I had 6 different vendors provide estimates. It is important to remember that the quotes are negotiable. I save several hundred dollars by following up with a few of the vendors. I selected Classic Air because I have used them to maintain my system for the past ten years. When you are getting a new AC it would be a good idea to have them spell out how they are going to level the surface for the unit.

They did a good job overall and a good price. They were fast as well!

We didn't use them. They were very informative and we got a good education from them. We ended up going with a local company where we would get service a lot faster. Their price was in the ballpark with all the other estimates we got. They came right on time.

Terry from Classic Air called before arriving to let us know he was on his way. He arrived within the time for our appointment, and completed the work in a timely manner. One of our furnaces had an issue, and he explained the options regarding repairing - costs, timeline, and expected life of our furnace brand and model - or replacing. He provided the name of the sales rep from Classic Air to provide an estimate to replace the furnace. A very satisfactory experience.

They do quality work and are very responsive to questions. They have come promptly on emergencies over the weekend. Their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

I don’t remember the price I spent for their services. They were good and I didn’t have any complaints. They did a good job and they were on time. They made some recommendations. Their price and quality was average. Their responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism were all above average. If needed, I would use them again, but I am with another company now.

We had our semi-annual check up on furnace and heat pump... As always, VERY nice to work with... They are very neat and considerate of the surroundings they are working in.. They will always take the time to answer any questions we have... Very quick to respond ~ no matter what time of day or night.... We have been working with Classic for over 10 years now (since our move to the Columbus area)... They replaced our furnace and heat pump shortly after the move ~~ we highly recommend them..

The furnace check was done great. I am very pleased with their customer service, prompt, honesty, and integrity. I have a problem with one of the units and they came out to do little maintenance to keep it maintained for approximately four years. They do great work.

I was not impressed. The guy was barely there 10 minutes. He said he would send an email and never received a response. I am very disappointed.

Excellent price, far less than competition. Installation was fine. However, I specified to the salesman that I had to be out of the house by 1:00 p.m. The workers were still adjusting the system at 2:30 p.m. when I left. (They sent 2 workers instead of the usual 3.) They did get it done, but it would have been nice if they completed at the time originally promised. Unit works great.

I have used them for probably 5 years now and I really like them. I spend about $80 when they come out and check. They come when they say they are going to. They don’t try to sell you stuff or try to tell you several things that you don’t need. They go over everything well and I trust them.

Prompt, honest, and helpful. Actually, he even showed me how I could do the same cleaning myself the next time. After the tech left, I realized I forgot to ask him about applying the discount from a coupon in the mail. I called the office and they adjusted the charge with no problem. Very happy, and have heard other good recommendations for them as well.

They called to let me know that they were on the way. The gentleman arrived shortly and went right to work. He fixed a little problem and did a maintenace check on the furnace.

Classic Air is always timely and seem to be reasonable in their estimates, compared to other companies providing the same service. Overall, the job went fine. It is still working! The salesman was interesting. He could have been more professional. Everyone else was totally fine.

We are on contract with them. We have had very good experiences from them. They have also installed a new A/C unit for us.

When the job was complete I reviewed what he had done and decided to get an annual service contract. I was credited for the $20 coupon. On 11/5 I awoke to no heat! The same tech arrived around 2:30 pm. He found some leaves in the air duct, thus not enough air for furnace to function. It seems that when the lawn care company used the leaf blowers to pick up leaves the furnace was on and some of the leaves were sucked into the outside vent. I now have a working furnace again and no charge for the leaf removal. Good work!

Classic Air Inc is great! They found the source to why our A/C unit would stop working. They responded immediately as soon as my husband called them. They were polite, professional, courteous and responsive. Their service contract is $200 less per year then what we were paying with our previous A/C company. I would recommend them to anybody!

I have used Classic Air for 7 years. I have maintained an annual contract with them due to the fact that the furnace and A/C for my home are over 20 years old. They are both still in good working order. The techs never try to sell you something you don't need. They are prompt and professional. I will continue to use them for all my HVAC work.
