Description of Work: Excellent product & service. You can probably get a better price on carpet cleaning, but you won't get a better product & service. We purchased a house & the carpets were very dirty & stained. We actually thought we would have to buy new carpets but decided to try Citrus Solutions on a recommendation of our daughter. We are very pleased with the outcome & didn't have to spend $1500 for new carpet!

 + -1 moreI bought a Groupon for cleaning the carpet in one room from this company that I'd never used before (since I paid only $15 and it normally costs $35 for one room, I didn't rate the price). I called them early one morning to schedule an appointment, they called me promptly when they opened for business and were able to schedule for just a few days later. The owner arrived on time and explained to me their carpet cleaning process and how it differs from a traditional carpet cleaning. The orange solution they use smells great and left our basement smelling like oranges for a few days, which was nice. The carpet is definitely much softer and cleaner than before. My only issue was that it definitely didn't dry as quickly as they said - even with a dehumidifier on. It took a full day for it to dry completely - not 2-3 hours. I do plan to hire them again to clean our bedroom carpet.

 + -1 moreI got a coupon to try them out. They were responsive, punctual, and very professional. I liked their price and the solution that they used. I will be getting my whole house done by them. The floor did not dry as quickly as they said it would. I was a little disappointed about that. I am waiting to see how clean it stays. The work was done very recently.

 + -1 moreCame out on a Sunday afternoon, which we appreciated since we had a gift certificate that expired on that day! Our carpets look good and they smell wonderful. Casey was professional and pleasant. They left a large spray bottle of the citrus cleaner with instructions, which is great since one of our areas is a playroom and gets lots of spots!
Description of Work: Cleaned our lower level TV room, play room, small hallway & staircase.
