Description of Work: The overall product and installation is fine, but getting there was a bit tricky. The original deal ($99 for one room of carpet) was designed to draw in customers, show them better carpet and have them upgrade. I completely expected that. My thinking was, even if I ultimately payed around $600 for a room of upgraded carpet, I would be satisfied. However, the pricing structure breaks down so that the more carpet you purchase, the more you "save," so carpeting only one room (with better carpet) would have been about $1000, while carpeting two rooms was $1300. In fairness, the rooms were larger than the ad specified. We did end up carpeting two rooms, although I did not want to spend that much initially, and they upgraded our padding for no additional charge. After much conversation and clarification, we are satisfied with the carpet and installation. The installers were efficient and the carpet looks great. If you are only intending to carpet one room, this is not your deal. However, if you are looking to carpet more, it would be well worth it.

Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal, and had it credited towards a much larger area of carpeting. The installer was the best part of the experience, but the carpet sampler(Carol) and the ?owner, Kathy, were fine, too. We are happy with the look, quality, and of course our "free upgrade" of a better foam padding. We plan to carpet other areas eventually, and I will call this company for a quote.
