We had a tree removed and it displaced some ants that were there. They could not do the exterior treatment on the same day as the interior because of the weather and they returned another day when the weather changed and completed the service. The price was a little high but they got the job done. We would use them again.

He answered all of our questions and talked to us about our pets and being pet friendly with their services.

They were fine. They were a little expensive. Previously they had done free inspections and had basically not recommended doing things so we were surprised to see how much the cost was. In their defense we were not here when they came and they sprayed a bunch and they actually sprayed a shed out in the back of the house so it may not have been that horribly unreasonable. If they had told me face to fact that it was going to be that much I probably would have thought about it. It did stop the carpenter ants.

We wanted someone to come give a terminte inspection so we called Cap City. John came out and was very nice and HONEST. He said we didn't have a termite problem that he could tell. He did tell us about their perimeter protection programs and helped us understand the three different levels of service. He didn't hard sell us or scare us. Just explained options. We enjoyed him and are siging up for a treatment this spring.

Very pleasant, professional people represented the company. Would definitely recommend them for future use for anyone having similar problems.

The technician was neat, fast, and helpful. He quickly replaced the bait in all basement trap locations, relocated some to higher traffic areas, and checked the other locations in the attic. Very responsive -- they came within 40 minutes of my call!

I had a moderate bedbug problem, and Jeff Otworth was far more interested in helping me eradicate the infestation than selling me some expensive package. His straight talk and help was invaluable.

John arrived right on time. He was courteous and professional in manner. He searched for the source of our ant problem and then proceeded to confidentally tackle the problem so that our ant problem was eradicated. He did an excellent job explaining things to us and solved our problem in as safe a manner as possible as to minimize harmful chemical exposure to our children. Better than "Billy the Exterminator" !!

Although it took us several months to remove all of the raccoons, John did everything he could to get the raccoons safely removed from our home. This included him coming to our home on some of his scheduled days off. John always came when he said he would and was very professional. I would recommend John without hesitation to conduct critter removal - he also sprays our house for bugs.

When we called them, they were very prompt, polite and they took care of it.

We were/are very happy with the service; John was very informative, reassuring, and knowledgeable. I have small children and dogs, and was scared to get the house sprayed because of poisoning concerns. I didn't even have to worry about that - John explained how the sprays and baits worked and helped us follow all safety precautions. The bug activity decreased from slim to none in the matter of a week and half! We will definitely recommend them and use them again (ack! hopefully we won't need to!).

I called on Tuesday and they send someone out on Wednesday. I asked them to treat the soffits all around and the tecnician also suggested he treat the deck rail as well while there. I found the suggestion quite helpful. and appreciated. They treated the house and deck rails.

After using a different pest services provider for a few years, we switched over to Capital City, and have been very pleased with our decision. They are very professional -- always very courteous and prompt in service delivery. This week, when we were dealing with mice, they fit us last minute into our normal professional's (Eddie's) schedule. Eddie came five minutes early, was very prepared, listened well and asked questions about our problem, and talked me through exactly what he was going to do. He will be back in three weeks to check the traps and re-evaluate from there.

About 4-5 years ago I purchased a Sentricon Termite system as well as annual monitoring. Today I had them do the routine annual inside termite inspection. I own a tax preparation firm and winter is our very busy time. I have worked with John Addair many times and John, himself, accommodated my request for an early appointment time to accomodate my business needs. As always, I learned even more about the pest control business from John. I don't have them but did you know bed bugs are a big problem now? Something they 'do not' recommend is to remove or discard infected furniture (then the bed bugs travel whereever the furniture goes---other rooms, carpet, other apartments, etc.) Call Capital City for Expertise! They are worth every penny and more!

They are outstanding! I have a yearly contract with them. They will come by and take care of business if we see some ants or beetles. If we hear a rodent crawling around in the attic, they will be there the next day. They come 3 times a year, unless they are needed more frequently.

I have used them even before I joined Angie's list. I have worked with them many years ago and I have been very happy with them. I had got another estimate and I was happy with their prices. Their quality was very good. They were very punctual and professional because they came when they said they would come and they did whatever needed to be done. I have referred them to my neighbors.

Since John came out, I have had no more evidence of mice in my garage nor in my car. John was absolutely fantastic. Very professional and courteous. Explained everything. I will definitely call John again for any exterminating issues.

John from Capital City has been reliable, easy to contact by phone, he returns calls in a timely manner and keeps appointments on time or calls if he has a conflict. This company has uniforms and ID badges and a marked truck so you have an idea of who pulled up in your driveway and for what purpose. The bug he got rid of is in the centipede family and we are pleased to be rid of them. It is also noteworthy that this service man cleaned up behind himself and was totally professional from day one right through to the last day when he concluded his final service call. I would not hesitate to use him again if needed and I will tall my friends and associaes about this fine service. I was also impressed because this Company is licensed and their workers are bonded, so that should anything go wrong the service is insured.

It was great. In and out in under an hour and let me know the entire process before performing any services. I recommend them highly.

My home remedies for the ants eventually became ineffective so I called Capital City and they were able to take care of the problem for me. They were punctual and sprayed inside and out. They said to call them if I needed more help but their first treatment was very effective so I didn't need to call them. The price seemed to be reasonable.

They are very quick to respond. When they don?t come out when they are supposed to, they let me know and apologize and they come out as quickly as they can.

In a walk-through the house, the technician (John) placed bait inside plastic traps in the kitchen, crawl space, basement, and garage and explained how the mice would seek out the traps. A few days later, he returned and opened all of the traps, noting which ones were spotted by the mice. He also pointed out ways to help reduce pest invasion from outside sources.
