Description of Work: Ron came to my condo to give me an estimate on termite elimination. Up front he told me that my condo association might cover the service. He allowed me to sign a contract, and make some phone calls to see if this was true. He saved me nearly $2000 in service. He could have taken me and didn't. I appreciate the honesty and integrity. Maybe the association will give him the contract for our community. Honesty deserves rewarding.

Description of Work: WHAT AN AWESOME COMPANY! WE HAD THEM OUT TO OUR HOME BECAUSE OUR RECENT GUTTER REPLACEMENT COMPANY FOUND CARPENTER ANTS IN THE WOOD AROUND THE GUTTERS. CAPITAL CITY CAME OUT AND INSPECTED THE AREA AND SAID THAT SINCE WE CORRECTED THE DAMPNESS THAT WAS SURROUNDING OUR OLD GUTTERS, THAT THE ANTS NO LONGER HAD AN ENVIRONMENT TO LIVE IN. SINCE NO ANTS WERE FOUND, THEY ADVISED US THAT NO TREATMENT WAS NEEDED. WE ARE PLEASED TO FIND A COMPANY THAT IS HONEST ENOUGH TO RECOMMEND NO SERVICE IS REQUIRED. THANKS CAPITAL CITY EXTERMINATING!
