The employee who performed our inspection was very knowledgable and helpful. They weren't interested in ripping us off. We were satisfied with their work.

They did a wonderful job. This was the first time I had used a pest control service and the gentleman was kind enough to answer all of my questions. The ants disappeared about 3 days after he treatment the problem areas which were ants coming from the front door, kitchen window and deck window. He also suggested that I use them again in the winter as a preventitive measure.

They came to check for bedbugs. It turned out I did not have any, and the gentleman was up front about that. They charged me a very fair fee for the services they performed. They were excellent, very professional. I will definitely use them in the future. They then came to do a retreatment that was excellent as well. We are very happy. The serviceman's name was John, and he was excellent.

I got them from Angie's List. They laid the bait, and I was fine for a while. Then I saw another mouse, so they came back and checked all the bait. They found the whole where the mouse was coming in and told me how to plug that up. I was pretty happy with them. I would recommend them. The price was reasonable.

My husband was very happy with them and said they were professional and they knew what they were talking about. We haven't had any more issues since then and we haven't had to call them again.

They have always been terrific. I pay them annually to come and do a regular spray for the house. If we ever have a bug issue, they come very timely and do a great job. I will absolutely continue to use them in the future.

They installed a sentricon system for the yard. They come out every other month to monitor the status and make sure we do not have a problem. We haven't had any problems since and are very happy!

We were happy with what they did. We just had to eliminate them because of our budget. We were signed up for a certain amount of treatments and they would always alert us before they came out; that was good. When we decided we weren’t going to do it anymore, the gentleman who had been doing it for several years asked us if we were sure we wanted to drop it. He didn’t pressure us but he was being conscientious. The price was reasonable. We recommend them.

They are fine. Everything goes well. The original guy was very informative and he did a good job. It seems to take a little while for the rodents to die off but it is better now. We are on the platinum plan, so they come like four times a year and it is $175 each time. Each time they come they check all the traps and there is like poison bait inside and they see if any has been consumed and they replenish it. We would continue to use them in the future.

They provided a pre- winter treatment, they set the mouse traps. They are really good and they are very attentive. When we had trouble with musk rats they came out to help us and set the traps. It cost $75, but it was worth it. I'm very happy with the service they provide.

We found their service to be very effective in keeping insects out of the house. They also take into account if you have small children and pets. They are prompt and they were highly rated online. They do the job properly for us. They are pretty competitively priced. I would certainly use them again in the future.
