They are very good and very responsive. They come back when we need them to.

Price was initial one, $160 to do this every 2 months. Our service person, John, was very personable, told us what he had to do, and got right on it.

Thoroughly performed work and gave additional information beyond what was expected. Gave a good overview of the expectations of the work to be performed.

Both the person on the phone and the technician were courteous and helpful, providing additional information to resolve our problems. My previous experiences with national exterminating companies has been less than positive so this was really a delight. I will definitely use them again.

My wife called, and they were able to perform the work within a few days. They came on a Saturday, while we were out of town, and left a note saying they sprayed, and would return to spray again if we see anymore pests.

Scheduled appt. 1 1/2 weeks in advance. Home is not primary residence and were only in town a few days. Due to July 4th holiday we had to schedule for July 5th and actually had to extend stay one additional day. Scheduled to arrive at 8:30. No one showed. At 9:30 I call company and left msg. Tech called back and said he did not notice the appt on the schedule. He did not apologize. I was on the schedule but just didn't see appt. I could not stay and wait so I left. I still have the pest problem but have no way to deal with it.

Although the technician was running late, he called 15 minutes past the scheduled time to ask if it was still OK for him to come late. The spray can dripped on my wood floor while we were discussing what needed done but it didn't hurt the floor.

They're always nice and polite and they answer questions; I can't say enough about them. They've been marvelous.

I was very pleased with everything. The representative, John Addair, was personable and very knowledgeable in his field. He thoroughly examined my home and explained everything in great detail to be sure I understood what he was doing and what needed to be taken into consideration. He explained the options I had and his recommendation. When I called back to schedule the service, they were prompt in setting up the appointment. John came in and did what was needed. He reviewed everything with me, including what I needed to do to be sure my animals were not exposed to any of the chemicals. Overall, their service was excellent on all fronts. I highly recommend their services.

They were timely, did a good job of explaining everything they were doing, and left a report each time.

The house was treated for termites in 1960. The annual contract was sold to another company, and then another. We were unhappy with the most recent contractor, so we checked on other termite protection providers. Capital City was willing to come and inspect, and to take over the work. They explained the advantages of their system well, and we felt it would be a wise insurance investment.

Entire experience was great. The office scheduled the treatment quickly, the tech arrived promptly and was quite professional and helpful, and more amazingly Capital City charged less than their phone estimate by almost 50% because the tech said my description was worse than the problem. For future pest control problems, Capital City will be who I call.

John Addair was extremely knowledgeable. He has a passion for what he does and it shows. John inspected our home and thankfully found no evidence of termites or carpenter ants. He provided a great deal of insight on the frequency in which we should have inspections and other treatments done. John treated the perimeter of our home for ants and other insects. There was no pressure, no contracts, just great, informative service.

I called on a Tuesday afternoon, and the exterminator was able to come to our house Friday. He sprayed outside, underneath, and inside our screen-in porch to kill the bumble bees that had swarmed and built a nest. The gentleman was very efficient, friendly, and knew a lot about bees and was able to answer all of my questions. I was very impressed with his service. My mom has used this company in the past as well and has been just as satisfied as I. We would both recommend this company to our friends and family.

Very knowledgeable and informative. Friendly personnel who arrived right on time and quoted a price that was within $25 (less) of the estimate given by phone. Also very knowledgeable phone personnel - although it was challenging to get a call through initially. Since then they have responded to my calls immediately. I ultimately signed up for annual pest treatment in which the exterior of the house will be sprayed three times a yr @ $125 per spray. They will return for any recurrent bug problems under this annual protection program. I feel well protected for pests with my new relationship with this company. I would highly recommend them.

Ron Belknap is a pro's pro. He was on time, he assessed the situation at my house quickly, drawing from what you can tell is a lot of experience. He answered questions in a straightforward manner, which I appreciated because coming from a condo, I didn't deal with pest control very often. The mice were gone in a few days- just as he said they would. I was impressed enough to buy a maintenance program from his company, not something I normally do. I can see why Cap City's scores are so high because he establishes trustworthiness almost immediately. The next time any friend or family wants a referral to get rid of a varmint(s), Ron and Cap City will be top of mind.

Our overall experience was very good. John showed us everything he had found, explained the treatment system very clearly, prepared an estimate, and returned a few days later (at our convenience) to sign the contract. He answered all the questions I had prepared for him. My independent research confirmed everything that John told us was accurate and complete. Although termite control is expensive, we feel that we will get our money's worth from Capital City and a treatment that will work. (John, if you are reading this, tell your son another good report on your ''report card.'')
