They were very satisfactorily.

The sales and specification process went fine, but the installation experience and quality were poor. The installation itself was poor especially on the stairs, where it appears that there was a seam every couple of steps. The old carpet and pads were supposed to have been rolled and bound for bulk item pick up. Instead the carpet remnants were simply rolled and tossed on the driveway. In addition, as we were in the process of staging the house for sale, we had requested that the crew not use the first floor bathroom in the house (as it had been recently cleaned). After they left, we found that it had been used (as evidenced by the dirty hand towel, urine on the toilet bowl rim and "seat left up"). Finally, a couple of days after the crew left, we noticed that our hallway light fixture was slightly tilted. Further inspection showed that it had been knocked off the ceiling and crudely reattached with nails. This is the *last* time we ever hire based on the lowest bid.

Our contact at the store, Garth, was very nice and and helpful. The flooring installation was contracted out, but the two guys that did the job couldn't have been nicer or more professional. They moved our stove and refrigerator with great care. They even hauled our old toilet out to the garage and capped the pipe in the BR floor. The work was flawlessly done, and we can hardly find the seam in the floor. The only problem was that initially this was supposed to be a one day job and the guys arrived on Tuesday and prepped the existing floor, but unfortunately our new flooring didn't arrive at the shop until late. So we were without the use of our kitchen/stove for two days instead of one, which was a bit of an inconvenience. But when the guys arrived on Wednesdays, the floor was beautifully installed, and they pretty much worked straight through with no breaks until the job was done.

They got the carpeting down where I wanted and how I wanted. They were going to have them come out twice, but we decided we could put them down ourselves. So we decided to just have them out once. They had already charged our credit card for both trips. I felt like we were being deceived.

We have had to replace the carpet in our basement twice thanks to flooding, and both times we picked Budget. With both experiences, their prices were LOWER than the large home improvement stores. And the service is top-notch! We will be back.

We really enjoy working with Budget Carpet. Garth at the store is very helpful & friendly. The installation guys were prompt, friendly, & clean. This is the second time we have used their services & it won't be the last.

THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND RESPONSIVE, THE ONLY DOWNSIDE WAS THAT THEY DID NOT CLEAN UP AS WELL AS I THOUGHT THEY WOULD HAVE, AND THEIR WERE CARPET PIECES EVERYWHERE.

THE CONTRACTORS WERE OVER AN HOUR LATE ON BOTH DAYS. THE FLOOR BUBBLED UP AFTER IT WAS LAID. IT IS NICE NOW, BUT IT TOOK THEM AWHILE TO GET IT RIGHT.

THE SALES STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY TO WORK WITH. THE INSTALLERS ARE PROMPT, EXPERIENCED, AND IF THERE IS A PROBLEM, THEY COME OUT AND FIX IT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE NEEDING FLOORING OF ANY KIND.

INSTALLERS WERE COURTEOUS, EFFICIENT AND NEAT.

I AM SO VERY PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING. CARPET LOOKS GREAT, INSTALLATION WENT SMOOTHLY, AND JANE WAS SO NICE. I WILL GO BACK TO BUDGET FOR ALL MY FLOORING NEEDS.

I CANNOT COMMENT ENOUGH ON HOW GREAT OF A COMPANY BUDGET CARPET IS. FROM SALES TO INSTALLATION, IT WAS A WONDERFUL GROUP. I USE THEM CONSISTENTLY!

DID A GREAT JOB!

THE LINOLEUM IS CHECKERBOARD AND IT'S A WORK OF ART. THEY SPENT A LOT OF TIME MAKING THE JOB LOOK PERFECT. TWO DAYS LATER A PIECE OF TILE CRACKED ALONG A THRESHOLD AND THEY RETURNED IMMEDIATELY TO REPAIR IT WITH NO PROBLEM AND NO CHARGE. I WAS VERY PLEASED AND I WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
