Description of Work: We looked at the catalogue and picked out what we wanted the sales person was very professional and said that in 2 weeks the installers would put them in. The installers were very professional and very good to work with and did a great job. We would highly recommened the company.

 + -1 moreOverall experience was great. One blind came in incorrectly, and Budget Blinds took care of it right away. They ordered a new one, and it was delivered and installed in no time. Installer was very nice and did an excellent job, too.

 + -1 moreWhen the measurements were taken, we were NOT told our windows were crooked, as many homes are (we know now). When the shutters were ordered, Lisa recommended 3 sided frames with our marble sills to stay in place. When they were hung, they sagged and continually got worse. We had them "fixed" multiple times by Lisa's staff. Each time they came out we heard the same excuse: your windows are crooked and there isn't anything we can do. After continued calls, Lisa finally agreed to having sills made to help hold up the heaviness of the shutters. Agreeable that they look great and actually fix the problem; the issue now is that the ones hung in the bathrooms are sagging and she is refusing to fix them. We assumed that she was the expert in this business, but clearly she did not communicate(or worse yet, did not know the product)the issues that could occur with the shutters. She did give us the name and contact info for carpenter that made the sills; More of our time and $ to fix the same prob!

 + -1 moreThe lady who gave the estimate, Connie, did an excellent job making suggestions and helping choose colors, etc. She actually placed the order before she left to get in fast. Very professional. The installer was excellent. Came in with booties on, very respectful of the house. There was only 1 problem : the roller shades that I ordered were late in coming in, after 4 weeks I was surprised that they still hadn't come. The company that they ordered from was slow in sending them, and I let them know that they should have called me. She truly cared and appreciated my comments.
Description of Work: I had two roller shades put in the bedroom and 2 windows done with cellular shades.
