Buckeye Seamless Gutters

Initial response was good. Some of the follow up dragged on; There was a change in staff and I think communication was not clear. The owner was always willing to call me back and I believe he ended up finishing the job. I probably should have made sure I was at home each time they came.

He did an excellent but he found a problem that I will have to get another company to repair it because his company couldn't.

We saw some problem spots (leaks) in our gutters, so we had Dave, the owner, come over to do an estimate for repairs. He gave us the repair estimate but pointed out that the gutters were the original ones put on the house 60 years ago, so it was likely the problems would increase, and gave us the estimate for total replacement. He was not high pressure about this at all. We thought it over and decided to go for full replacement. HIs crew arrived exactly when promised and did a beautiful job, including clean-up and disposal of the old gutters. Dave then followed up with a visit to make sure everything looked okay and no stray pieces of construction material were left behind. He's a very easy guy to work with; it's a family business, and you can tell he has a lot of pride in what he does.

Dave is a nice, honest guy. Initially came out to clean gutters and discovered two downspouts were basically draining into nothing. They were just pooling water around my foundation. Came out in a timely manner and installed a drain line in the yard to the street connecting both downspouts. Price was very competitive.

Great! They came first to look at the house - I knew it needed some extra work. They gave me an estimate for the extra work. I liked that they were able to do everything in one day. They replaced rotted sections of fascia and missing runs of gutter and downspouts and re-attach everything. They were professional. I had them replace a run of gutter on another house because I was happy with the work they did on this house. I would recommend them to anyone.

I purchased the Angie's List "Big Deal"... $99.00 for $200 worth of gutter repair or replacement. Due to weather and other obligations, it was several weeks before I was able to call and schedule the inspection. Unfortunately, on the day the inspection was scheduled, owner Dave Holibaugh was attacked by a dog while performing another inspection. Since I was leaving for vacation, we postponed until my return. However, Buckeye did the inspection while I was gone. I contacted Buckeye when I returned. A front section of gutter was not draining properly and, rather than remove/reinstall and create new/more spike holes, Dave recommended replacing the section at no additional cost. Makes sense to me. I also received an estimate to install gutters on a new 8X10 shed. Appointment was made. Buckeye arrived, replaced front gutter, installed gutters on shed. Took about an hour and a half. All is well. Seem to be very customer oriented and willing to go the extra mile for customer service. I would definitely use them again and would recommend to friends and family.

I had high hopes to get the gutters looked at so they would not overflow. The price seemed good, the company was rated good. Gave them 3 days to choose from, Monday or Tuesday the 2, 9, and the 10, or any time on Monday or Tuesday with a call ahead, so I could be there. That was in February. When the days had gone by and I had no contact, I called back on a Wednesday. They said that they would be out later that day to do it. I told them that I could not do that day. My wife was sick and could not leave her bed. I would like to be there to see it done, check and confirm it. After playing phone and email tag, the Dave called me and left a voice mail, the work had been done already, I did not need to schedule anything. Ok, strange, let?s see what happens. In April, the gutters were still having issues, I emailed them again. Dave called me back, said that he would come out to take a look and see on Tuesday the 20 to see what is wrong. There is no Tuesday the 20 in April. I stayed at the house on both days, Monday the 20, from 12:00 onward and Tuesday the 21 all day. No call, no show? Emailed them again, they said they were busy due to the storm. I then asked again if they could come out on the next Tuesday in April, the 28. They wanted a contact number to call me. I had given it to them 4 times in April. Once in February. I had emailed them on 22 with my contact number again, and emailed them on the 29 again to see if they would reply back. Nothing back yet, and I doubt that I will get a call back. As an update, we were able to get a time to come out and to recheck it. They came out and cleared out the issue, explained the communication problem and made it all better. We had a rain, and all went well. I am very happy and satisfied with the service. I am changing my rating of them to reflect it. They are a good company and take pride in there work. I would use them and recommend them to my family easily.

Everything's been great with them. Any issues I've had, they've been right on top of. He's friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me out with the price.

Quickly, They were here and gone in a very short time. I believe they checked all the gutters but it took hardly any time for them to check everything

service was performed without issues. went up on roof and sealed two cracks in gutter. Also hammered in lose nails holding gutter and inspected gutter and provide information of its condition.

It went just fine and he pretty much did what we needed. It was fairly straightforward and simple.

I had previously replaced the front gutter, as it was leaking badly, but could not afford the back gutter at that time. I took advantage of a special Deal offer to replace or repair 50 feet of gutter for $99, which was a perfect opportunity to complete the gutter replacement. I was contacted the next day after my purchase, and told them any time would be fine. They were there within two days. The workers were professional and did the work carefully, having the new gutter up and looking great, the old one hauled away, and no mess to clean up. After the gutter was up, I was asked to come out and see the result, and the installer explained that my old one was in pretty bad shape, but the new one had a newer type of attachment and should last for a very long time and be far more sturdy. I probably won't need to use the company again, unless I would need a repair down the line, but would certainly use them if needed as well as recommend them to others.

It was fine. They did a little bit of cleaning because they said they previous company didn't clean very well. They were on time.

I was very pleased with my service. It was a cold, icy day when I talked to a representative. He sent a crew to my house that very same day. I was able to get a quote and have the work completed. They replaced the gutter and cleaned up within an hour. They were very polite and efficient. My neighbor recommended them highly. I will give them a high recommendation to others.

They were very nice and we had to call them out several times to fix things that weren't right. Their responsiveness was fine, but I thought there were too many things we needed to bring to their attention. Their work could have been better.

I called Buckeye Seamless Gutters and talked with Dave. He was very friendly and happy to do the work. His people came to my house and reattached a downspout and installed a downspout extension. I didn't even have to be there. Great experience. I will call them again in the future!

Dave and his team did a great job in replacing the gutters and down spouts of my home and pool house. They were very professional and courteous. His crew did a good job in cleaning up after the work as well. I had an existing downspout draining into the yard. I called them back to lay new pipe and connect it to main drain via French drain. His crew installed the pipe and fixed the water problem in the yard, but they made few mistakes in connecting the drain to the French drain correctly. I called Dave back, and he responded immediately and promised to fix the problem. He took care of the issue and corrected the problem. He was good at communicating to me when there was a delay and keep me updated on the progress. I will hire him again.

Excellent service. Job took about 1 day to place gutter guards on all gutters. New addition of the house has seamless gutters and the gutter guards sit nicely inside. The older sections have older gutters but the seamless gutter guards work well though there are a couple areas where the stick up slightly. Overall, they are not visible from the ground. We are now into fall and have had no problems with rainwater running over the gutters in hard rain. Now that the leaves are falling they seem to blow easily off the gutters. Overall they did a good job and I would hire them again.

Great, Did what they promised. Scheduling great, on time and compete work they said they would .also looked at some other roofing areas and gave suggestions. Excellent experience, may use again.

It went good. They gave me good service. They were prompt.

I'd noticed over time that excessive water was dripping off the front of my house over the driveway and also on the back of the house over the patio door. I had them come out and assess the situation. What they found was the last time I had to replace my roof, the roofers had extended the last row of shingles over the gutters so that the water only had about an inch clearance to go into the gutter so most of the water would spill over. I'd noticed build up of icicles during the winter and spring thaw and this was what was causing it. They were great in suggesting replacement of only these two areas instead of the whole house and with putting the 6 inch gutter in the problem should not happen again. After they installed the new sections of gutter, I like the look of the new gutters and will replace the remaining two areas of the house next spring. They were quick and left no mess. I was kept in the loop on what was being done (guess that comes from my business analysis background). I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them as they will not try to get you to do more than what's necessary.

I called Buckeye Gutters to have them assess a water overflowing gutter problem. Dave, the owner, came out and quickly assess the problem which was several loose gutter nails. He pounded them back in which straightened out the gutter pitch and he told me I should have no further problems. Dave was friendly and very professional and especially kind in that he did not charge me. I had two other estimates prior to Buckeye Gutters and each one said they did not give free estimates for what was apparently a small job. Their lowest cost estimate (over the phone) was $150.00 to check all the gutters and do a quick clean out if needed. I will certainly call Dave at Buckeye Gutters if I have any future problems and will continue to highly recommend such a fine, honest and professional person and Company.

I did a lot of research before getting job estimates and Dave's (Buckeye Seamless Gutters) bid was quite a bit lower than his competition. Not only that but he was offering a better quality gutter and longer warranty then his competition. Met with Dave to see his product and discuss the particulars and he informed me that his estimator totally mismanaged the estimate but he would honor the price quoted and offer the same quality service. When I asked him about payment terms his answer was full payment when I was 110% satisfied. We formalized our agreement with a handshake and my gutters were installed within a couple of weeks of our agreement. Dave called several days later to make sure I was satisfied and to arrange payment for the work. About a week after I paid him I called him with a concern about the way one of the downspouts was arranged and two days later he was out and fixed the problem. The entire job was completed in an afternoon and his workers hauled away all the old gutters and left my yard in good shape. This is a good company and I enjoyed doing business with them and highly endorse them for gutter replacement.
