Buckeye Seamless Gutters

The work was top notch and they did a very good job. Their pricing was reasonable and it was good. There was a little situation with the gutter after, but he came back and fixed the gutter, and after that, everything was all good.

Horrible Customer Service. I had to call them constantly to follow up schedule. Their Warranty Work is not good either.

They went above and beyond what I needed and found the real problem to my repair. Great people.

The project went very well. All the way from John the sales person through Dave the owner and installer, everything went well. They used a superior product to coat the concrete floors and they were able to fit us into their schedule to complete the work before we moved into the house.

Once the work started it went very quickly.

Buckeye hired a sub-contractor, Gutter Perfection of Dayton, to do the gutters and other metal work. The only thing Buckeye did was clean the drains. Gutter Perfection did an outstanding job, BUT I AM NOT RATING BUCKEYE SEAMLESS ON THE GUTTER AND METAL WORK. Because the drains needed cleaning this year and the gutters may need cleaning, I tried contacting Buckeye three times in September but they have not responded. We will probably not use them again.

Went well although I felt for the guys as momma squirrel (who was in the nest) was not a happy camper. Haven't seen any squirrel try to get back in so far. Appreciated the fact that they came on a Holiday.

John, who took measurements and provided estimates, was friendly and patient with me when I had two revisions to the job before it was done. The work was done three weeks after signing the contract, and the crew foreman called me that morning to suggest we make another change that would save a tree and save us money. The crew was there until after 7pm to complete and clean up. They even made a nice connection from the porch gutter to my rain barrels. We had a little dry spell just after the work was done, but I am writing this review the day following 1.5" of rain overnight. I had absolutely no water in my basement! Well worth the cost. They replaced gutters and downspouts, installed gutter guards, and rerouted drainage in my backyard.

The entire process went very great. John Routan was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and responded timely to my questions. John was quite certain that I would be happy with the results. John was right! I couldn't be happier. The two man crew was great. They were friendly, thorough, and professional and they cleaned up after themselves before they left. Very impressed!

Great. Professional. Efficient installation. Salesman did good job at measuring and advising good product. Pleasant experienced man. I waited for heavy rain to submit this review. Gutters and gutter toppers and downspouts all work great

The guy who came out to measure arrived before I got home and he had already tried to get into the backyard. They didn't let me know what day they were going to do the gutters. They gave me a month window of time and 2 weeks later were out to do them. When I spoke with the owner he apologized and said that he squeezed us in earlier than expected since they weren't doing the whole house. I would definitely use them again, the gutters look amazing! They gave me a discount for being an Angie's List member and also a discount for paying in cash.

Work was well done. They are not good at communication.

Was not present for service, but they seemed to do a very good job and took care of the major issues. I was a little unclear about the scheduling process, but they called the morning that they came out to say that they could take care of the work that day and that I didn't need to be there. I trusted them to do the work without being there and would again.

Very well as the installer showed up on-time and stayed until the job was done. The installation was well done and professional.

Not so wonderful and the reason for that is when I hired them I told them I had a raccoon issue and they promised me, I had a certain offer that I got from Angies List and they said if I got an upgraded deal on the gutters that would definitely keep the raccoons out and it didn't. They came out and they did more damage then usual and damage to the work they did. I called Dave from that company, and told him to come out and assess this. You said I would get this extra protection from the raccoons and I didn't and I showed him the damage to the soffits and he looked at it and shook his head. He said he would repair the damage done but I didn't like it and ended up spending about a $1000 more for the extra protection that he said I would get and it didn't work out at all. I think he took advantage of me to close the deal. I asked repeatedly if it would keep the raccoons out and he said yes. He should have not guaranteed something he could not deliver. The other thing he did was I waited a whole day for him to come out and there was no call from him. He said something about his mother being ill but he never called, I only found out after the fact. There is no communication there, he is a friendly enough guy, you know? His workers worked well, but I think he over promises and under delivers. Even when I called him to come out and look at the damage, he cancelled 3 times and finally came out the 4th time. I told him I held him responsible to that. He was very reluctant to see what I was talking about. Hes going to close the deal no matter what, he is a good salesman. I'm really disappointed. There is no way he can repair to the extent of what I paid him to keep them out in the beginning.

It went good. I called many times and it every time they were not sure when. It was delayed delayed delayed. Then finally someone arrived there and I had to call many times the next day and I worried that if I went thought Angie's list this is what I have. They were not sure what to do and it was listed on the service to repair and they did not know. When someone arrived they were trying to charge more and I said I am not going to pay more. There are just nails coming out and the gutters need fixed. Someone had to go up and that's it. I hired someone so I did not have to go up there and do that. They got up there and fixed it. I was about to get a refund, and I actually told hem that If you are not going to do it I have called Angie's list and refund it. Then they said okay I will come out, and they finally came out. I was actually moving to a new location so I did not have time to talk to someone, so I talked to them and let them know. See to me it should have been no more than $100 job. But, I don't know it seems like to me it was very much over priced. I didn't have much of a job, and maybe they should do something more, but they didn't do anything for me. In fact they kept delaying it. Like I said I was moving to another location and I wanted it done before I moved from they but it took a couple of weeks. The nails were coming up and they fixed it. I would not use them in the future.

It was excellent. They were prompt, professional and on time. Also very reasonably priced. The one time we had a problem they came right back out that day to fix.

Amazing experience with this company! I called them last night and they texted me this morning that they'd get me in the schedule as soon as they could...which ended up being this afternoon! The new gutter looks great! Great communication, great customer and great work. They totally deserve their A rating in my book. I will definitely be using them again and recommend them to anyone with gutter needs. Great guys!

This is my first review I've written on Angie's List because of the level of service they provided. Their price was better or the same as others in the area. The big difference with Buckeye Seamless is the warranty and the quality of gutter. Both are better for the price than any competitor I could find in the area. There were a couple of issues that weren't Buckeye Seamless's fault and Dave and his team came out each time and corrected the issue quickly even though the problem was not their fault. They are in process of the last correction and have not charged me extra for the small repairs. I recommend Buckeye Seamless to friends and family members!
