I felt it was a little overpriced. They did a beautiful job though and now my garage is dry thanks to the good craftsmanship in installing the gutters.

Overall it started out being a pretty good experience although I did have to wait almost a month before the job was started. John appeared to be professional and knowledgeable and was very pleasant. After the gutters were installed on the house, the installer said he would be back the next day to finish the detached garage. I noticed some type of dent in the fascia cover on the side of the house and he said he accidentally did it and would replace it the next day. I wasn't aware when the installers came the next day or when they left. When I went outside to inspect after they left, I noticed the fascia cover was not replaced. John had told me he would be going on vacation when the installers were here and would return the following week to get the rest of the money. When he returned, I don't know how well he inspected but he said everything looked good. I told him about the fascia and also an outdoor thermometer was missing although the bracket was still there. He assured me everything would be replaced and I allowed him to give me an estimate on new siding and I would let him know when I was ready to get it done. I called a few more times to see when everything would be complete with the gutters and John was again very pleasant and apologetic. I was not able to get it corrected so eventually I cancelled the siding contract. Since then I have found another area over the garage door where part of the fascia cover is missing. Because the installers were walking back and forth on the roof carrying old gutters to the front to throw in the front yard I don't know if they loosened any shingles but I now have a leak in my ceiling in my front room. I paid $50 to have the fascia cover replaced on the house and it is still missing over the garage. I would like to be reimbursed for those as well as the outdoor thermometer. UPDATE: I HAD SURGERY IN DECEMBER, I DID MY REVIEW AT THE END OF DECEMBER AND IN HINDSIGHT I WISH I HAD CALLED THEM FIRST, THE OWNER WAS NOT AWARE OF THE PROBLEM BECAUSE THE PERSON I HAD WORK ON IT RETIRED IN OCTOBER. HE CAME OUT, HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TOOK CARE OF ALL THE ISSUES, AND CLEANED OUT MY GUTTERS AND ADDED AN EXTENSION ON IT.

We bought the house in April and the old 5" gutters were causing water to pool around the foundation...never a good thing. Buckeye Seamless was great to work with...and their price for the quality you receive was better than the other quotes. John, who provided the estimate and coordinated the project for them, is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He provided a detailed estimate about the work with options (such as matching the color of trim on the house etc), we discussed any changes or adjustments needed, and he made sure the work was done well. Their crew did the work in a day, they cut the gutters to exact specs, and the gutters/spouts have easily handled heavy rains...and have made a big difference with keeping the basement dry and water managed well. I received estimates from several companies, and Buckeye Seamless was clearly the right choice.

After some miscommunication between Buckeye and Angie's List, a date was finally selected and services performed.

We received a free estimate from their salesman and decided to go with them. They arrived on time and completed the project within a few hours. They were very polite and professional and explained what they were doing. We had to call them back to correct a couple of minor problems, our phone calls were answered promptly and return visits were scheduled within a day or two(in what had to be a very busy time for them) and were fixed to our satisfaction. No complaints!

Everything went really well and done in a reasonable time frame. They kept me posted throughout the project. When they finished, everything was done professional and it looks beautiful.

Our house came with standard 3 inch gutters, but it was not enough to handle the run off of the roof. Purchased the deal from Angie's list to get 5 inch, after a discussion I choose to upgrade to 6 inch. Haven't been home to see the results, but looking at the ground it appears that for the first time my gutters handled all the rain that came down my roof. The young men that installed the gutters were polite and professional. When they left the area was so clean that you could not tell that there was work done around the house except by looking at the gutter. They match my house and look very natural.

The installment of the replacement gutters didn't completely cover up the previous gutters installation holes.

It went very well. I would give them an A for the workmanship and the professionalism. The only thing I would give them a C is the price.

I purchase gutters and drains from Buckeye Seamless gutters and the crew that installed them were new to the company. There were some mistakes made but the owner quickly resolved the issues himself and provided consultation and training to the installers so that they would be able to learn from their mistakes and perform their duties at a much higher quality the for the next customers. I admire Dave's approach to making thing right for the employees and the customers. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing their services.

From start to finish, I had a wonderful experience with everyone at Buckeye Seamless Gutters. They did terrific work at a great price. All of the people involved were professional, friendly, and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I hope to hire them again in the not too distant future to have gutter guards installed.

Install went without issue, almost a year later, and nothing has built up in the gutters or on the guard, leaves, etc just blow right off.

We were having a lot of water over flow due to heavy rains, a steep roof and older gutters . Buckeye Seamless suggested we use a little larger gutter and it was a good one,we haven't had any problems since.The boys doing the install were on time, very nice and knowledgable. They did a very professional installation and cleaned up completly. We were very pleased. We had A small service issue on one of the down spouts about a month later and they came back to fix it the very next day..what a pleasant surprise!! In our opinion a 5 star Company and we recommend them Highly.

They were okay. They had to come back a couple of times. They still need to come back and do some stuff. They were good on price but slow in getting things done. They cut the downspouts too short to go into the drains that I had put on. They barely fit in the pipe that goes into the ground. I had them come back because there was a minor leak. As a matter of fact, it's still leaking. They also had to come back to reposition the gutter guard. They used old elbows on the downspouts that didn't even match the same color. They didn't put any kind of extensions off of the downspouts on the side that I did not have the drains on. Some of the screws that hold the gutter were still loose. The biggest thing is, they take forever to call me back. I e-mailed them and called them several times. I would hear from them if it was money related, if I owed them. Follow up: Dave came out and took care of every single issue I had and went above and beyond to make sure I was just not satisfied but VERY satisfied. And I am. Thanks Dave, you have been a great help and really care about your customers and their satisfaction. I will be recommending your company to all that I can.

This was a special that I purchased through Angie's List on January 29th, 2015. As I recall, the sub-zero weather hadn't hit yet and Buckeye came out within days to survey the job. Since the deal would include installation of a much longer section of gutter than I needed, they agreed to replace the short section and re-set 3 splash guards on other parts of the house that had loosened with age. They wanted to do the work quickly, but I asked them to wait until spring and they were OK with that. In hindsight, I should have let them do the work then. We had a very rainy spring and summer, so when I got back in touch with Buckeye, they had a huge backlog of work to do. I don't remember the exact date, but I think they finally did my job in mid-September. The replacement gutter work appears to have been done well. On the other hand, moving and re-setting of the splash guards was done poorly. I had to get out my ladder and screwdriver to finish the job. I did this for two of the three splash guards; the third one is too high for me to access with my ladder. I also offered Buckeye the opportunity to quote on gutter work on another house that I own, but they never provided a written quotation (other vendors did). I did receive a verbal quotation from Buckeye, but to my knowledge, that estimate was created from a walk-around on the ground. Not much can be determined from the ground in this instance because those gutters are 3 stories in the air. I contracted with someone else who actually got on the roof to survey that job, which revealed that the repair needed was less extensive than the view from the ground would indicate. One the one hand, I had a very good initial impression of Buckeye, but with all the missed handoffs, poor quality of work on the splash guards, and apparent lack of interest in bidding on the second job, I find it hard to rate them higher than B.

After a rocky several months, Dave Hollibaugh made it right and I believe that best efforts have been made.

They went above and beyond. The gutters are now clean, and told me I didn't have any leak and I didn't need to buy a new gutter. I would recommend anyone to this company.

With all the rain, they have been quite busy. They had given me an estimate of two weeks, but were able to get it into the schedule within a week. I had some questions along the way and had contacted them by phone. They were very quick with responses if I had to leave a message. With all work, I really appreciate good communication. This company deserves an A+++ for their communication alone. I am definitely recommending them to others and will use them again myself as we are looking at getting gutter guards.

This service was purchased through Angie's List. There was no telephone number listed, so I obtained one through Angie's List. On the second day after having made the purchase, I hadn't heard from anyone to schedule the cleaning, so I called them. It took about two weeks for them to clean the gutters. About half the gutters have covers, and they do not clean under gutter covers. This was spelled out in the details of the purchase. The gutters that were without covers were well-cleaned. The only part that wasn't cleaned well were the downspout inserts, which still had debris attached to them. They were tidy, and cleaned up after themselves quite well. I did not find any evidence of gutter debris on the ground below where they cleaned.

Update and change of rating: Buckeye Seamless Gutter has and is going through difficult times with the owner being injured due to work related situation. This is why the communication was poor between me and Buckeye Seamless Gutters. The brother's family has made things right with me. He and his wife found my paperwork and within two days, did the work requested and found the hidden problems. I am very happy with my new gutters and they were very clean. I have recommended them to my neighbor who needs new gutters as well. Buckeye Seamless Gutters has very POOR communication skills. Very hard to speak to a person, always went to the voicemail message system. Then it would take 2 or 3 days later for call back. The whole month of June was playing phone tag and nothing but an estimate was accomplished. If you have this kind of time, please call this company,I don't! Now I have to wait for my prepaid deal check, which will probable take another month to receive. The funny thing is, I agreed to the estimate for them to do the work. They never showed-up!
