Description of Work: I initially contacted the company from an online add. They called and said they would be out on Monday to give me an estimate. They never showed up or called. I then joined Angie's list and seeing they were a top rated company I filled out their form and submitted it. I received an email saying they would call me tomorrow and schedule an estimate. Needless to say I never heard from them again. When I think of a good company I think good customer service. They should be removed from Angie's list.

Description of Work: Purchased a deal to have the gutters cleaned. They were delayed in doing the job because of rain on several days, but communicated about the delays and got the job done as soon as the weather permitted.

Description of Work: We used Buckeye Seamless for gutter cleaning after another Angie's List recommended provider completely flaked out on us. Fortunately, AL helped us navigate a refund of our "Big Deal" purchase and we were able to hire Buckeye Seamless instead. The experience from start to finish was exactly as we expected. They will be our new provider henceforth based on their excellent work and responsiveness.

Description of Work: Replaced gutters and downspouts. They did a great job by offering multiple options on the work that could be completed, from repair to replace. They did not try to 'sell' me the higher cost services. Instead they focused on what I needed.

Description of Work: I purchased this deal for gutter inspection and sealing of the four corners of my gutter system. I purchased the deal in February and requested that the service be delayed until warmer weather. Dave agreed. In late March we set up an appointment in April to meet to talk about my expectations and to confirm what was to be done. Unfortunately, no one showed up at the scheduled time. Dave responded promptly to my follow up call and committed to have his tech out to complete the service which happened within a few days of my call. Dave informed me that service had been completed and that he would send a report via email which I have yet to receive. While everything did not occur as promised, I appreciated the Buckeye's professionalism and timely follow up to correct things. I would consider Buckeye Seemless Gutters for future projects.

Description of Work: They replaced one that was brokered and fastened some down. They did not clean, but I called their boss and said I thought they were supposed to clean. So they sent someone back out!

Description of Work: I came home from work and found the work done. I would have liked to talk about what I wanted done. They did replace the gutter which I thought needed done.

Description of Work: The old gutters on the house and garage were removed and replaced. The quality of the product is very good. However, because the installation itself was not properly done there were consequences. I had lived in that house for 7 years and never had a drop of water in my basement. Approximately one month after the gutters were installed we received quite a bit of rain here. There was water flooding in through three of the window wells and seeping in through a wall. It was finally determined that the cause was basically because the water wasn't draining through the gutters but spilling over into the wells and unable to drain away. First of all two chunks of what had been a sleeve around the old downspout had fallen into the drain, not removed, and so blocking the flow of water. Then, buckeye seamless did come out to check the gutters and determined that when installed they were not properly leveled resulting in water/rain not draining. The result of this was sleepless nights whenever it rained, the work of cleaning up all the water, and the loss of 2 suitcases, 2 area rugs, 3 throw rugs. In addition, most of the basement walls need to be repainted. All of this the result of someone not doing their job correctly and taking pride in their work.

Description of Work: Clean back gutters out and about 5 brackets to hold gutters up. It stopped the rain from cming in my window. He was here fot less than an hour.
