Description of Work: I bought the service as part of an Angie's List deal to have my gutters cleaned. I also asked to have them clean the downspouts for an additional charge. The workers came and were here for less than 30 minutes and I'm not even sure they got out tall enough ladders to clean my gutters on the second story, but I was inside so can't confirm it. What I could confirm is that the downspouts were not cleaned because after they left and I went outside I could see the decaying leaves still poking out of the seams so they obviously hadn't cleaned them. I would have given an even lower rating, but when I called the owner then emailed pictures showing the downspouts he came himself and did the cleaning. He also refused to take the additional payment.

Description of Work: They made a mistake and went to the wrong home twice, said they would come back for a fall follow up and never did. Services were rendered, it was a gutter cleaning I ended up doing my self before they came due to miscommunication. However they did clean the line to the street.

Description of Work: We used Buckeye Seamless last spring (March) to clean our gutters, having purchased a "big deal" through Angie's List. We were super happy with the work, and got an estimate on getting a drain inspection for a slow downspout drain. After an initial email in late March about scheduling this inspection, and about putting us on their regular list of season gutter cleaning clients, Dave disappeared altogether. I have left multiple voicemails, and we finally went with another vendor to clean our gutters last fall. I would have loved to give this company our business again based on the previous work they did for us, but the lack of response to either emails or phone calls is completely unacceptable.

Description of Work: Buckeye Seamless was originally contacted to re-hang some gutters that were pulling away from the house, but after analysis and discussion we decided to replace all of the gutters. Other than an issue on the first work day of there being some issues with the crew showing up on time, the work was all done thoroughly and follow-up to some minor issues was prompt and all issues were addressed. Dave, the owner, was on the site and wanted to be sure that everything went smoothly and I think that Buckeye offered a very good value for the money paid, with good work at fair prices.

Description of Work: We decided to replace old gutters and add 2 more downspouts. Very pleased with courtesy and professionalism.

Description of Work: Placed gutter guards on existing gutters & repaired one that was bent from a storm. Everything was well done, only glitch was I did not get an invoice from them so there was a delay in my making a payment. We resolved everything over the phone.

Description of Work: There was a space between the roof and gutters allowing water to drip to the ground. They came out and fixed the problem when they said they would and I haven't had any problems since.

Description of Work: Absolutely Fantastic! Salesman was courteous, helpful and explained everything. Team came out removed old gutters and installed new seamless gutters with leaf guards in no time at all. Very courteous and very considerate of my yardword and especially me since I work at home. Clean up was superior. I found a downspout missing on the back where we could not see it and they came right back out and installed it. They also cleaned out the sewer lines from the house to the street. OVERALL AN EXCELLENT RATING FROM ME. I could not be happier. They look great, they were installed correctly and neatly and quietly Would recommend them to anyone.
