Description of Work: He repaired a built-in microwave on which the door was broken.it took three trips because the part had to be ordered and he needed a special tool as well. On the 2nd trip he thought he had the right size tool but needed yet a smaller one. He was very pleasant and otherwise professional. Just an out if the ordinary repair.

He left no mess and the refrigerator seems perfect. He seemed knowledgeable and pleasant and we will certainly call him again if we need appliance help.
