Description of Work: I had a good experience with Best Service. I have a zoned Heating and Cooling system with 6 units and they sent 2 technicians to my house to expedite the process. Both technicians were friendly and professional. They appeared to do a very thorough inspection and service on all units at a fair price.

Description of Work: A complete check of the A/C unit was performed, including detailed explanations of all of the test, what they meant, and what the implication were for fixing or not fixing the coolant leak that was detected. I could not have been happier with the time and care spent working on my A/C unit and appreciated the work done to keep me running efficiently as possible.

Description of Work: We had a problem with our upstairs AC unit freezing up thereby shutting down the AC.. The Best Service representative was on time, professional, and kept me informed as he inspected our AC units as to what he was looking for and what he was finding. In the end there were some leaks that were bleeding freon. He could have suggested that we needed new parts or an entirely new unit, but he was honest and fixed it with some tightening. We have not had a problem since!

Description of Work: Came out and fixed my AC and could not ask for better service. Very professional and courteous. My furnace and AC are 20 plus years old and was never pressured to buy new. In fact said that everything as far as replacement parts go due to previous owners good maintenance had been done. So the old girl will give me a little more time before she would need to be replaced. When the furnace /AC finally goes I will be sure to call Best Service for a new system.

Description of Work: The only trouble was the service person did not report to us that the air conditioning cooling line was not attached in the basement, which we did consider an very important part to our air conditioning tune up that did not occur.

Description of Work: We purchased a Big Deal from this company for $39.95 "Pre-Season" Furnace or "Post-Season" AC Cleaning, Tune-up & Safety Inspection! They out for us in May. That turned out just fine. They did the AC cleaning, tune-up and inspection for me. My wife was there when they did the service.

Description of Work: It took a while for the technician to figure out the issue. |He thought the mother board of the furnace was broken. Since he did not have the mother board on hand, so he left with the furnace not working. |I called somebody else and found out the mother board was good.

Description of Work: Best Heating Services replaced my furnace and ac unit with new state of the art equipment. The technicians arrived on time daily and left the work area very clean. They put in a new damper and zone system that gave me more control over specific areas of the house to or cool as I need. the equipment is linked to a new electronic digital thermostat that can also control door locks, lighting and security. We are very pleased with the system so far.

Description of Work: Came and did annual ac service check. Did not clean ac with hose which all other providers have done in past, so job was redone by another company who also mentioned a fan is going to probably go out in a year or less. I would call to fix something based on pricing but probably not use for ac service check again.

Description of Work: I had a hard time getting the appointment scheduled. I had an appointment scheduled, they called after the appointment time and wanted to reschedule. Once the gentleman got to my house he did a great job.
