Description of Work: Best was able to squeeze me into their busy cold season maintenance schedule even though my situation didn't quite fit the scope - temperatures were about to be single digits and they made an exception so my condo would not be without heat. The tech went above and beyond to get the system running and I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Did a complete inspection, explained to me some answers about questions I had helped change the furnace filter which is difficult on this furnace as the filter comes on a roll and has to be cut and draped of a V spring system which is difficult to back in the furnace without hitting wiring harness's and such

Description of Work: We originally contacted Best Service as a Big Deal preseason furnace tune up. The original technician that came out did not do the tune up. He told us our blower was broken and needed replaced, then he left. It seemed like he was in a hurry. They came back within a few days and replaced it. It seemed a bit pricey to me, but I don't know what blowers run. We called them back a couple months later because our furnace was not working. We had great service at that time. The technician (Don) who came out was wonderful. He educated me on my furnace and promptly fixed it at no charge. We would consider using Best Service again only if we could have Don back again.

Description of Work: AC was not working. First trip was to clean the water collection plate and make sure all is okay. Technician did a thorough job, found a leak in the coil, and recommended coil replacement. Called the company back after talking to a friend who needed the same service. The technician spent considerable time detecting the source of the leak, found the coil was alright but it was the joint where the leak was, fixed the joint, and saved me money. Positive attitude, trustworthy, and professional. Good people to have on your side when your AC or Heating is not working as it should.
