Description of Work: I had them out on two separate occasions, one for each furnace. They replaced the blower motor on one; the second one had a backlog of water in it which was drained, showing me how to do it in the fture which I really appreciated.

Description of Work: Scheduled on Friday afternoon, didn't receive a service call until 4:30pm. I called and asked why, they told me that because I had requested a last service call for the day, I was in the last stop for the day. So, I asked them when I expected them to come, they told me they didn't know. So, I said it was already close to 5pm, end of business day, but they told me for their business day was 'until complete'. So, I told them to cancel because I couldn't wait without knowing when to come and it was close to our dinner reservation.

I did speak with the customer that a tech was on a call and when he was done that (removed member name) would be the next call. He said that he had dinner reservations and asked to be the last call. I advised (removed member name) that he was the last call of the day as he requested. Due to the nature of the previous calls throughout the day, we don't have a way to pinpoint when we will arrive if there is a more complex issue prior to his appointment. He asked if he could reschedule for another day and get the last appointment,I agreed to reschedule him the for the last appointment and told him like this appointment he was scheduled to be the last call of the day per his request. but he made dinner reservations ..In that we don't give exact times as to when we will be there BUT WE DO GIVE 30 MINUTES TO AN HOUR ADVANCE NOTICE CALL. He decided that he wanted to cancel his appointment instead and get a refund.
