Description of Work: They DO NOT service mobile homes. After some communication problems they did come out but they indicated that I needed a heat exchanger. Then they checked the carbon monoxide level and said that it was high and it was their responsibility to turn the gas off. No repairs were made. I had another person come out for a 2nd opinion this person cleaned parts of the furnace, checked the carbon levels and he said it was ok. As a precaution I also had the gas company check the levels. No problem> So, although the Best personnel were nice fellows I ended up spending about 3x as much as I had anticipated.

Description of Work: Travis provided prompt service. He was able to diagnose a problem with our furnace that had been ongoing over 10 years that numerous other heating companies were not able to figure out. Our furnace has never worked this well.
