Travis has been the person who has come to my home before and, once again, he did a great job. He was on time, personable, found a problem with my humidifier, fixed it, and left my home as neat and clean as it was when he came in. I would definitely hire Best Heating and Cooling again.

The quality difference shows up after I tried another company (Olympians) in this year since I received their Angles List promotion in the email. I thought the tune up should be the same so wanted to give them a try. It is quite a different experience. Best Air technicians did way more better job than their competitors. Also they did not try to sell more expensive services by turning a $39 inspection into a $6000 replacement. I will stick to Best going forward as long as I live in Columbus.

The technician was very nice and professional. He changed my filter and checked out the furnace. Everything is working fine.

I wish i could remember his name, however the service technician was awesome. Very professional, patient and thorough. He had to call Nest because the thermostat was sending erroneous commands to the boiler and the service tech spent an hour and a half on hold. Then spent another large chunk of time with the Nest engineer troubleshooting the issue.

Just fine. Made sure the old thing wasn't a danger and that it worked, then offered opinions about replacing it (not a hard sell: the furnace is almost 30 years old)

The ordered the part. It was still under warranty. They fixed it for $160. Happy cool camper again.

We had a terrible time hooking up; it took a year. But that was my fault more than theirs. The guy was here for 10 minutes and supposedly looked at the air conditioners. All he did was see that the fans were running. I didn't feel that it was a pretty thorough check. The fans worked this summer. Once we got together and like I said it was much more my fault than theirs. He was on time and prompt. He did not look very professional. I just thought it was the shortest looking at the air conditioner. I didn't see him check for the freon. I just saw him go in the backyard, and he was done in five minutes. I just thought that was awfully a short time. They didn't get in touch with me for a long time and then they lost me, then we found each other and then it was my fault we missed an appointment. That was for the guy who came out the woman who is the scheduler was lovely. The woman on the phone was terrific. I wouldn't use them again just because it didn't seem very thorough.

They did a very good job. They took care of it and we were up and running very quickly. They took care of it within a few days after we called them, and they looked at the problem and got it taken care of. They didn't have the size water heater we needed, so they had to get that ordered and as soon as they got it, within a few days afterwards, they had it taken care of. They got here when they said they would, surveyed it. They gave us a fair cost.

Everyone was helpful and professional. Devin listened to my scheduling needs and made it happen! Angel called ahead for the technician and called him to inform him of the parking restrictions. Brian was friendly and completed the service quickly and answered all my questions. This is my second time using Best Service Heating & Cooling and I would highly recommend them and use them again.

We always use this company for all our heating and cooling service. Always pleased with their technicians and work.

Great, the system checked out better than we had hoped and the one component we replaced seems worth it for the overall functioning of the unit.

After receiving two other proposals for replacing my furnace I contacted Best Service HVAC based on the positive reviews I read on Angie's List. On May 10, 2017 the company owner Russell Christian came to my house and later that day emailed me an estimate. I explained to Russell that I might be moving in a couple of years. He seemed to be more in tune with my needs and I signed the contract. As promised, the crew arrived on May 15 as scheduled. The crew was careful moving the furnaces in and out of the house and were very courteous. So far the system is working great.

I've used them for years. They came out to evaluate what I needed. When they came out to actually change out air conditioning system, two people came. They left it extremely clean. They explained everything to me. Because I've used them on a regular basis they had told me two years ago that I would probably need to replace the A/C within the next couple of years and they were right. But they fixed it when they could. I never felt they were trying to sell me a new air conditioner unit. They certainly did it quickly. They told me 2 years ago about how much it was going to cost and that did not go up. I thought it was a fair price. It's working perfectly. I like it because this is the first house I have ever owned. They always answered every question I had and added to my information. I always knew why they had to do what they did because they explained it very thoroughly.

Best was very thorough, explained everything to me, took their time and made sure I was satisfied. I was very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. I will definitely use again.

Within 24 hours of me purchasing the deal on Angie's List, I received a call to schedule the service. On the day of the service, as promised, I received a call that the technician was on his way. The technician arrived within the window of time and did a great job. He was professional, thorough, and quick. I did not realize when I purchased the cooling diagnostic that it also included checking my furnace. It was a pleasant surprise to have both done. After the technician completed the diagnostic, he took time to explain his findings.
