It went well. They were efficient, completing the work in about 1.5 hrs.

I use them every year. I don't remember the cost of their services. I think they are reasonable. They are prompt. They are always courteous. I just really like them.

In the end, it turned out okay. They came when they said they were going to come. There was an additional thing with the gravity-fed line that they knew they were going to have to handle and the technician said it wouldn?t be a problem. He was a little full of himself and after all was said and done, the circulating line didn?t work. He sent people back out and rerouted the plumbing and he got it working in the end. We wanted a particular brand of water heater so we went to this company because they are an authorized dealer. They were neat and they put tarps down on the floor where they were walking through; they were very conscientious about not making any mess. The cost wasn?t a bargain but I think it was a fair price. I wouldn?t beat a path to his door if I needed work done. If it was something common, I would call him but if it is complex, I might have to think about it.

The service was absolutely great. I called in the morning when we discovered we had no heat. Best Service called back and scheduled the appointment about an hour after they called. The service tech, Andy, arrived on time and was very courteous and knowledgable. It only took a couple minutes for him to check out the whole furnace unit, replace the ignitor unit and test run the furnace. I have called Best Service to repair a furnace issue before and their prompt, knowlegable and curteous response is greatly appreciated. I will definately call them again for future heating and a/c repairs.

We've got our furnace from them so we've used them for the maintenance on the furnace and they do a good job on that. They come out when they are supposed to come out and are easy to work with. We called them for air duct cleaning because after we had the construction work done we had a bunch of duct floating around and stuff so I wanted to get that all cleaned out. We will continue to use them.

They were fantastic. Their tremendous amount of work has made them more efficient than I thought it actually could be. They were very punctual. They came out and fixed the system as quickly as they could. I am extremely pleased with them. They have actually finished the work. They are now making the system more efficient than it actually is. I would refer them to others.

We really liked them. They checked our air conditioner before the summer. They came out again in summer to replace a fan that broke on our furnace. It was a really good deal. If one is switching over to them, it is a good time to do so. We chose to do both the air conditioner check for the summer and the winter check on the heating unit. It costed us $90 for both. We are planning to use them in future.

They were professional, responsive and came out promptly. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.

We had not heat in the house. Had several companies come out and attempt to fix problem was not sure of what was needed or the problem. I called Best Service, and Russell answered the phone. I told him out problem and he was out at our house in a matter of hours. He gave us an estimate of repair work and also provided a new Furnace Quote next day at our request.. We chose the new Furnace , as the furnace was installed in 1971 and we very well could have exceeded the cost of a new furnace with current repairs and near future repairs. They installed the new furnace the following wednesday. Russell and Donny showed up with the new furnace right on time and got to work. They worked very h****** the installation and did a professional job. After the furnace was installed they found additional problems with a leaking bleeder valve, Expansion Tank and Zone Valve that was not functioning correctly. The expansion tank and bleeder valve was replaced thursday and the expansion tank had to be adjusted friday due to over pressure. We had heat that Friday. We got an estimate back from another company the we requested a quote from on Friday. They stated that work could start in 2-3weeks. Another company that came out to troubleshoot the issue did not call us back for 2 days. Best Service worked very fast and h****** getting us heat in the smallest time possible and did not go back and forth with schedules and estimates and take hours of our time to work up a quote. Best Service realized we did not have heat and worked us into their busy schedule. If you need service, fair price and professional workmanship, then call this company.

Went very well. The guys doing the work were a bit late but other than that everything was fine.

I have been using Best Service Heating & Cooling for 10 or 12 years. We have had very good luck with them. They were very efficient and did a nice job. We had warranty issues with air in the lines when they first installed it because it was a different type of furnace than we had previously. They came out many times to help us. When the warranty was over and we had issues they still came out to look at it, fix it, and didn't charge us for it. They are very kind. The guy gave us his direct cell phone number to call if we had any issues, even if it was 10:00 at night he would still come over. They are not the cheapest, but we didn't really want to go with the cheaper. They did a really nice job. Their responsiveness and punctuality was excellent!

They were very prompt and they knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend them. They were punctual and courteous. They followed up well and the supervisor called me to discuss about some work that needed to be done. I would use them again.

The service was great. I had called about 8:30 in the morning and the representative said that the service tech would be out that same morning and that I would be called 30 minutes before he arrived. About 20 minutes later I was called to inform me that the service tech was on his way. A little after 9:00AM, Andy, the service tech arrived and performed the requested maintainance. Andy was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant. His worked very cleanly and efficently.

Air conditioner failed to cool house. Best Services came, found multiple causes, completed repairs without additional service call.

I had used this company before when my furnace wasn't working in the dead of winter. This past spring, they sent me a letter offering me their service contract for $99-normally $169. I definitely took them up on the offer! Called the last week of April and they were scheduling into May already-pretty typical if you're in that business and you're good! Received a call about 30 minutes before they showed up. Met the owner at my house-they were so busy he was helping with service calls. He performed all the diagnostics, and told me for the age of the equipment everything was in good working order. We discussed in detail the problems I have heating and cooling the house-full west exposure, lots of glass, no shade. He gave me some options to consider if I wanted to stay in the house. But he in no way suggested I needed to purchase new/additional equipment. This is my second experience with this company. They are the only ones I call for HVAC work.

It went great. Russ helped me select a unit that would qualify for the energy tax credit, provide economical comfort, and qualified for a manufacturer rebate. The install went smooth with only a few minor problems promptly addressed.

Extremely professional and courteous service. From the initial call which was for a replacement of our A/C unit to the on-going service thereafter.

I came home from work last night and the house felt really cold. Put my hand over the vent and cold air was pouring out. Turned the system off, and then back on; and it was fine--for about 4 hours--then cold air started coming out again. Shut the system down that night (it was 23 degrees outside!) and bundled up. Called Best Service at 8:00 the next morning and they had a technician at my house by 8:45. Within minutes, my heat was working again. The technician answered all my questions as he was running diagnostics on the rest of the system. Very knowledgeable, courteous, prompt and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need.

Looked over heating unit, made sure everything was running properly. I called on a Tuesday and they had someone out by Friday. Great service.

Called on a Tuesday to see if someone could come out and check our heating unit before we turned it on for the winter. They were able to get someone out on Thursday. They called 30 minutes before they came and he did a routine check. He also checked our humidifier and replaced the dirty filter. He was a nice man and did his job very efficiently. Heat works great and we are now warm.

They were very nice people and the worker knew immediately what was wrong. They worked very hard to find the missing part we needed and they did a very good job fixing it.

They did a great job, were friendly, professional and helped educate me on what they were inspecting.

Wonderful. The service representative came out the day after we called, checked a few things on the A/C and said that there was no problem with the unit. Although he made the service call and spent a bit of time looking over the unit, he did not charge us anything for the call. He was very professional and we received great service. We will use this company again in the future for any heating/cooling issues.

I have been using their services for about ten years. They have been excellent, their prices are good, they are reasonable in what they do and they seem to be very honest.

When he was out he did a good job. He informed me of everything my unit would need. He tested for leaks and told me how much all the repairs would cost. He was very low pressure and very honest as far as exactly what I needed. I had a good experience and will use Best Services again.
