Best Service Heating & Cooling

Our heat went out and we were able to get service the next day. The thermostat needed to be replaced. Will use again.

We noticed the furnace was not cycling and the temperature in the house was dropping after dinner. I put in a call and a serviceman was here within an hour. He identified a failed part, replaced it, did some preventive maintenance and the furnace was working within a half hour. I can't imagine how it could have been done any faster. It was obvious he knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. We will use Best Service whenever we need HVAC service in the future.

The service tech walked me through the tune-up, explained his process and findings and answered my questions sufficiently.

Tech arrived on time. Performed thorough examination of the heating system. Did not hesitate to work in the crawl space even though the home office did not advise him of the type of work area. When I originally called to set up the service call, I was very specific in explaining that the furnace was located in a crawl space. Tech did not try to sell me anything. Explained what work he had done.

My furnace was not working. They came out and went into detail what was wrong and gave me different options to fix the furnace. The furnace inspection was great! The technician walked through the process with me and explained everything he was doing. The tankless hot water heater installation was great as well. It took them a little longer than initially expected, but that was no fault of theirs. The delay was due to the weather and the configuration of my plumbing, but the price did not change even though they were here an extra day. I would highly recommend Best Servicer for HVAC and tankless water heater needs.,

My furnace was found to need replacement and was emitting carbon monoxide. They rearranged their schedule and installed a new furnace the next morning, just in time for my company to arrive that weekend. I was pleased with their service.

Exceptional service. We returned home the Friday after Thanksgiving to find our water heater leaking in the basement. At 7:30 pm I called, expecting to get an answering machine and at best a call back Monday morning. Russ the owner answered the call. Called me back in about 15 minutes, had a repairman scheduled to be at our house the next morning at 9 am. Those in Columbus know what the Saturday after Thanksgiving is, THE game, for some a bigger 'holiday' than Thanksgiving... by 11 am the new water heater was installed and the old one gone. Far beyond our expectations for responsiveness, promptness, professionalism and courtesy of repairman, price... exceeded expectations in every way. We will call them again for needed repairs.

very professional, explained everything that needed explaining. have a 35 year old system that just keeps on going, not that efficient, but worth replacing just the parts when needed.

Russell was prompt, helpful and professional. He informed me of my options for fixing/replacing our furnace as well as what would help me save money in the future. He cleaned my furnace and it has been working well ever since. Definitely will be calling him in the spring!

It was great. They were terrific to deal with. I did not have any problems with scheduling. The technician was very polite, thorough, and fairly quick. He was very honest with me about my furnace system and did not try to upsell me anything, which I greatly appreciated.

I had purchased a pre-season furnace inspection deal just a few days before trying to turn on the furnace for the first time this season and discovering that it was not working. it was already quite cold that week, and Best did a good job of squeezing me into their already-full schedule so that i wouldn't have to be without heat for too long. they also applied my deal for an inspection to the repair that i ended up needing instead. i asked that Best call me 20-30 minutes before they arrived at my house, so that i could leave work and meet them. the serviceman was prompt and professional, kept me posted on the problem and what needed to be done to fix it, and performed the repair quickly and efficiently.

It went really well. They did a good job for us. They came out shortly after we purchased the deal, they were very timely in their scheduling and we actually did that deal as part of a larger problem we were having with our a-coil in our furnace. They were able to quickly diagnose that and it turned into a much bigger job and they ended up fixing it very quickly and for the appropriate price. So we were very satisfied with that. They didn't charge us anything other than the cost of the deal for the tuneup aspect that we had them do. We had separate transaction with them while they were here to complete additional work.
