the service man and his Arrived on time. The service man serviced the furnace and explained what he was doing. He suggested I could add a 90 bend to the end of the vent pipe that exited to the outside which I did with parts I had on hand ffom previous projects. I felt comfortable with the high quality service I received from Best Service Heating and Cooling. I will certainly use them next year.

The furnace is about seven years old. The service man inspected and cleaned the furnace. He explained what he was doing and how the furnace functioned. I was very comfortable with the high quality of the service and expertise he provided. This the second time I have used Best Service Heating and Cooling. I have scheduled them for a third property I own.

I had a problem with my furnace. I thought the offer would be worthwhile since i would get the tune up and inspection at the same time. Very professional and helpful.

One technician came out to do the work and the appointment took under an hour to complete.

The serviceman was very friendly and professional. A few days after the visit, water began leaking from the furnace, and we had to call the company for a return visit. There was apparently a bad clamp on a hose and the serviceman repaired it. He did not charge us. If the second issue had not materialized, we would have given the company all A's. Because we had not had a water issue before, we are uncertain if the clamp became disengaged during the initial inspection.

They did a great job. They were punctual, courteous, and cleaned up well. Their price was very competitve and their product was very similar to their competitions'. I would recommend their services.

He was excellent. He told me the exact coast and was very informative with what needed to be done. The price was very resasonable and they were very professional.

It went very well! Rob not only diagnosed and cleaned the furnace so it works, but he was professional and very nice. He explained in detail what he found and why it caused a problem. He was neatly dressed and put on booties when he entered my home. I will use them in the future and highly recommend them. I would request the same technician as well - Rob.

Loved Rob. I will use them for all future heating and cooling needs. I would suggest this company to anyone in need of repairs. I felt they were honest and that's a big deal these days with all the dishonest people out there. Job well done.

One technician came out to do the work and he was on time for the appointment and flexible with scheduling. He were professional and responsive to calling me before arriving for the appointment.

He was very friendly, did the testing and explained what he was doing. When he was finished he showed me a report of where my furnace rated compared to the national standards. It was nice to hear that everything was fine.

Very good. They took the time to explain functions of my heating/cooling system I did not know about. He explained how we can control the flow to various rooms even shutting some of them off from the basement. I would use them again.

My furnace went out when the temperature was -7 degree. They came out within an hour of me calling them and fixed it. I fully expected to pay a premium bill but instead it was even lower than other companies have charged me for regular rates. Russell was very polite and explain what he did. I can't say enough for the great service this company has provided me. I will most definitely be calling them next time anything goes wrong with my furnace!
