It turned out good and there were no additional charges on top of the deal. They were good and punctual. They did the job that they came to do and they did not make up any stories.

This was an Angie's List Big Deal. Rob was on time, and did a thorough review. Based on his performance we bought a yearly service contract.

I called this morning. The lady asked when my appointment was. I told her when my appointment was and the lady was really rude and argumentative towards me.

The service we purchased off of Angie's List went extremely well. I was traveling and had the technician directly contact my wife to make the appointment. The technician showed up on time and inspected the A/C, heat pump and furnance. This is a new home for us so he made some adjustments to our system to make it run more efficiently. Apparently, our blower was turned up to 100% which produced a whining sound when the air was on. Also, he reassured my wife that the heat pump was working correctly and that as long as it didn't freeze into an ice cube, we were okay. Overall, it was great and we will use them again when we need further service.

It went GREAT! Another company told me that I'd need a new furnace, but never checked the rate of the gas coming into the furnace. It's been working great, and got us through that crazy winter.

I really, really like them. My old furnace died so I just didn't know who to call so when I went on Angie's List, I found them and they had pretty good ratings. Everything they did, I just loved, and I got a good price with it. They went out here within the hour that I called them. I will absolutely use them again.

They scheduled very quickly. He came on time and was very friendly. We also discussed getting the A/C unit checked and when the best time is to get that completed. Everything went well and the work was done satisfactorily.

They were easy to communicate with, friendly, time sensitive with a call before arriving, neat, explained the service and even repaired my lopsided thermostat while here.

I purchased their Angie's List tune up special for $40. The service was excellent, they did a great job, the service person was very knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Hired them to furnace/ac inspection. Service was not performed as we could not agree on schedule. They could not tell time when they can come before the day of service and could only come on weekdays.

I first called the owner, Russ, on a Sunday morning, at 6 A.M. I left a message and two minutes later, he called back. I told him how our furnace was making a loud noise and how I assumed it was the blower. Russ walked me through a few steps while on the phone and told me that it indeed sounds like the blower motor. He said he likely has one that will work, but told me I should use my home warranty service, even though they did not participate in the program. I called our Homegard warranty service, and after 14 hours, they were unable to get anyone out. I called Russ back at 8 p.m. and he said he would have someone out in 45 minutes to 1 hour. At the 1 hour mark, Travis showed up. Travis checked the motor and made the determination that it needed replaced. Fortunately Travis had a motor on his truck, and was able to replace it. I just can't say enough nice things about our experience with Best Service. (This is my second time using them in a week, and both times we have been very impressed.)

The young men that showed up were very professional and competent. I am very new to having to pay someone to do any HVAC work due to the fact my ex was very handy. So I was very nervous about picking the right company. Wow could not be more pleased. They came in did the work efficiently and then explained everything they serviced. Seeing my furnace is just over 20 years old they did not try to pressure me into a new furnace. In fact they said the old girl is running just fine due to good upkeep from previous owners. Great job guys and thanks to Angies list I found the right company. Will be scheduling AC check up asap. Thank you so much Nanette .

The start of my experience with Best Service was on the phone with Tracey. She was incredibly friendly. Then came the service. Donnie and Brock walked in and went right to work. They were both very personable and professional. Not only did they perform the work they were hired to do, but they also explained what they did, what to expect for the future of the furnace, and explained the ins and outs of my 14 year old system as it is in a house that we bought 2 weeks ago. I was so impressed that they will be coming back for a service contract and to install a bathroom vent. Oh, and the price for all of this, $105.00. I was expecting at least twice this. Thanks Best Service, especially Donnie, Brock and Tracey.

The tech was prompt, provided a thorough inspection and explanation of the condition of the furnace. The discounted price was helpful in making the decision to have my furnace inspected. I will use this company in the future to service my furnace/AC.

This is the third time I have had Rob inspect and clean furnaces I own in different locations. As always, he arrived on time and went immediately to work. He first sets the thermostat, then proceeds to open the furnace and check all functions. He explains what he is doing. Then Rob begins to clean the parts that need it. He listens to ascertain there are no questionable noises. When finished, he cleans up and writes a report of the service done. He resets the thermostat before leaving. I highly recommend Best Service Heating and Cooling.
