They arrived on time and conducted a complete inspection. They commented a few minor items I may want to consider. I would Best Service again.

Went well. He showed up on time. Was courteous and kind. Took enough time to do what needed to be done, but didn't feel overly long. Only problem was with a mishap in scheduling. It was corrected but put my appointment back for a couple weeks

We have used another company for years. I got Best's information on Angie's List and we couldn't be more pleased. Everyone that I spoke to in the office was helpful, courteous and professional including the Owner. Our first technician, Travis was here at 8:00 p.m. on a Friday night and was knowledgeable and very nice. I spoke to the office several times while the part was being ordered and Matt came out to install the part before we left on vacation. He was extremely nice and very professional. I would recommend Best to anyone I knew that needed help with HVAC problems and I would recommend both technicians that came out to our house. Thank you guys!

I purchased the preseason air conditioning tune-up through Big Deals on 4/12/14. An appointment was scheduled for 4/17/14. The technician was very professional. The process went well.

He arrived on time and completed the tune up. He also cleaned the filter. He was very professional and friendly.

The service tech arrived on time and tested both of my AC units. Upon completion he shared his findings and discussed additional services the company offered including annual service contracts, duct cleaning and generator service. There was no high pressure sales just information based. He made sure that I did not have any questions and was satisfied with the service. I purchased this service through Angie's Deals.

Great first experience with this company scheduling was easy and professional . Technician Donnie arrived on time inspected and tuned up furnace in attic on an 80 degree weather day very hot in my attic. Also inspected and tuned up AC unit. suggested a lb of refrigerant be added to unit for 75$...said this would help with cooling. I was considering replacing the ac unit he said this could get me a couple more years out of the unit as it works just not cooling up to capacity. I will seriously consider buying any future ac unit from this company. Also having them do my future ac, furnace work. Very pleased

All went well. The technician came on time, inspected, cleaned, etc...He also explained the current condition of my furnace and what I could expect in the future as it wears and ages.

The scheduler for this company was very rude and argumentative over the phone. I chose not to go with this company due to her attitude towards me. I don't know anything about their work, but their scheduler should take a class in customer service!

Overall experience was great. Service provider (Best Service Heating and Cooling) was in contact with me right away. The deal was for an AC cleaning at the cost of 39.95. However, when I turned on my AC, I found that it was not working at all and this deal did not cover service call to investigate the issue. I needed a company out asap but Best Service Heating & Cooling could not come out until the 16th of May. So I had a couple other companies out to estimate a new AC system. I didn't know they'd only honor the coupon for working systems. They'd charge an additional $40 to come check on what needs to be done to repair the unit. They soonest they could get there was over two weeks away. I contacted another company for service.

They were probably the best I have ever had come out. They are way above average and did a great job. As soon as I bought the deal, they contacted me to get scheduled very quickly. They were prompt and proactive.

He evaluated my air conditioner by turning it on, examining interior and exterior piping and examined the refrigerant. As my system is having issues, he provided three different options for the unit (just recharging, a proper repair with valve replacement, and replacing the unit as it was from 1984). Diagnosis was quick and efficient, and repair recommendations were clear and logical.

The appointment with Best Service Heating and Cooling went very well. For the air conditioning system the air filter was inspected, the outside unit temperature was checked, the suction pressure was checked, the liquid pressure was checked, the long pressure was checked, the fan was inspected and the super heat was checked. For the furnace, the flare sensor was cleaned, the HSI was inspected, the inducer was checked, the blower was checked, the temperature was checked, the gas pressure was checked, and confirmed that the pressure switch was working.

I am very pleased. They didn't just perform a quick checkup and leave--they took the time to explain and teach me about features of my system that I didn't even know I had. They truly went above and beyond and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

It went very well. They came out on a Sunday and fixed the problem as it was very cold out. They diagnosed the problem correctly and everything ran well after that.

Used them for a AC, check up. They had a big deal going on. Smooth transaction from start to finish. Everyone was polite and prompt. Gave my AC a clean bill of health, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Will use them again this fall for furnace check, and if I do need any other services.
