They did great work and were very knowledgeable. They suggested a few things I could do to prevent the furnace from future issues (like moving my litter box). I'll definitely use them again!

After purchasing the coupon, the agent came out to check my A/C and evaluate it, as it had not been done since I bought my home. We were very pleased with the work he did and his professionalism. He topped off our Freon and, we feel, did a good job evaluating and assuring us that both functions were in good working order. We would use this company again in the future. We feel the coupon was a very good value for the service.

It went excellent. Donnie entered my home and put on his shoe covers. He was pleasant and he told me what he was going to do and shared with me the status of my unit at each step, what he was doing. He discussed the condition of my unit and potential future problems I may have. And how to remedy some of my concerns. Showed me the dirt and Cleaned my unit thoroughly. Out of all the years over 20 which I have had a/c service I have NEVER had anyone as thorough as Donnie! A+++ quality service!

It was a mess from top to bottom. I had another issue that needed attention. There prices were really high so I had another company do the other work I wanted done. I had another issue that needed attention. The other company pointed out they felt Best Service Heating & Cooling did not even clean.

The week of June 9th had a phone call to set up routine maintenance on furnace a/c units from big deal. intentionally scheduled it out for a month in order to get first thing in the morning. clearly remembering discussion that because of leaving from their shop and etc they might not get there until closer to 9. I never agreed to a three hour block. I work and was staying home to go in late. again I would never had agreed to a 3 hour block for routine maintenance. called to see what time they would be arriving and if they were on their way. told today it would be a 3 hour block.

Went well, came within time frame provided and was professional.

They were professional and quick to come out. They tested the coolness levels and the system. It was a pretty basic check up that seemed to be meant to catch low freon levels or any missed or blocked parts. No plugs or parts were replaced and no coils or things were cleaned. I think they did a good job.

It was excellent and the price was very reasonable. They gave me a very thorough explanation and I was very satisfied. The person who came out found the problem immediately and showed me what was broken. They got the job done in about 30 minutes.

Our A/c stopped working right after I contracted for this service and found that this coupon was for tune-up and safety inspection only. Cancelled any visits and contacted D&L heating and cooling, a firm we contracted with last year found on Angie's list. They came and found a faulty wire and fixed the A/C along with checking the coolant.

He was very courteous and answered all my questions.

I found Best to be just that-among the best! It was an excellent value, they were on time, courteous, professional, and fast. I would most certainly recommend them and utilize their services in the future.

They were very prompt, professional and pleasant to work with. I also needed to get a new concrete pad that my AC sat on. They came out a few days later and installed it at a very reasonable prices.

I purchased the deal Sunday night and was called first thing Monday morning. The scheduler left me a little under-confident as she seemed a bit disorganized and at one point said I should only ask for her if I call back because she didn't "want this messed up." I was given options on all the days I had listed and was scheduled for Wednesday p.m. (I couldn't get more of a time commitment than "sometime after noon".) I received a call a half-hour before the technician was arrived as promised. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me some tips on how to maintain the unit and things to look for as signs of trouble. Even though our A/C unit is well past it's prime he assured me everything looks fine now, but it would be a good time to start saving for a replacement as it is very old (1989). He didn't try to sell me anything else and answered all my questions. Our A/C unit is working better since he left. Last summer and since turning it on this year it rarely, if ever, met the goal temperature. It is now working correctly.

There we no additional costs beyond the price of the deal. There were no issues with scheduling. They responded well and arrived on time. The technician completed a routine check and then explained everything that he looked over. Everything turned out fine.

It was fine. They looked at the A/C. They were at the home for about 30-45 mins. The price was a huge savings and I have since received an opportunity to sign a maintenance contract with them and the price on that was good too.

Donnie came out and checked the ac system both inside and outside of the house. He said that they were an authorized representative for our brand furnace and the dip switches on the furnace/AC blower were not set to the optimum level. He showed us features of our thermostat that we were not aware of. He pointed out a couple of areas that were not of immediate concern that we should watch. He warned us against potential scams on our unit. He should me items such as the condition of the heat exchanger coils and what signs would show that there were problems. He pointed out that for the age of our furnace that they were in good condition, probably aided by the fact we used multiple dehumidifiers in our basement. He of course offered their service contract agreement. He left a brochure for us to look at. He was very professional, friendly and informative.

THe provider cleaned the furnace and even put in a new filter. Did a great job, and there were no issues. Well done.

This was done at a rental property. There were no complaints. They did what they were supposed to do.

Went well, Rob (I think was his name) was knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to ask all sorts of questions and he explained everything he was checking. Will definitely use for a heating inspection in the fall and will call if we ever have any issues. One note, time was for late morning, but there were delays and he ended up making it around 4. Fortunately they are able to call in advance when they were on the way and also did call in the morning to let me know they were running behind for the day.

I was very pleased. The technician was very polite and was very efficient. He seemed to know what he was doing in the appointment. I had no issues with scheduling.

They were out here about 15 or 20 minutes yesterday and everything was fine and we were all set. They provide excellent service and are very prompt. The first time, a couple of years ago, the owner himself came. They were recommended to us by friends. So we called them, and we've had great results from them ever since.
