checked out system- cleaned it and gave tips on how to maintain it properly. Didn't find anything wrong other than needing cleaned.

We have a 14 year old furnace that hasn't been inspected since we bought it. He could have easily told us something was wrong with it and needed replacing. Since he didn't, we assume he is honest. He did do some adjustments and didn't charge extra for that. We would trust him enough to call him again if something went wrong.

Great. No complaints. They let us know the problem and didn't try to make us buy anything extra.

It went fantastic. They came out the same day I called, performed excellent work and charged a very fair price. The overall experience was outstanding.

All in all I think he did a great job. He worked for about 30-40 minutes to check out both systems. He was very polite and professional. The only problem I had with the company (not the service guy) was when I purchased through the Angies List Big Deal offer, I left a comment that the service address was not the same as the billing address. I emailed them directly the same thing. When I talked to someone at the office a day or two later to set up the appointment I told them again, for a third time, the service address is not the same as billing address and she assured me that was fine, they'd let the guy know. Well the day of the appointment came and he went to the billing address instead of the requested service address. It took about an hour to sort things out and for him to come to the right address. Not his fault but annoying all the same.

I bought a special deal on Angie's list. and the company promptly contacted me to set up an appointment. The repairman/salesman came on time, was polite and professional. That is what I expected. He check the unit inside and the outside compressor. His best guess for the age of the unit was, it would be cheaper in the long run to replace everything, than repair/replace the compressor and upgrade to regulation coolant. Furnace works fine, but replacing a 25 year old unit would be a better deal together than just the A/C and later the furnace. I asked for a separate estimate for repair and replacement. I also wanted an estimate to replace the furnace and A/C together. He left a simple estimate for total replacement. Now I have since contacted other companies for that function.

They came out and had the problem diagnosed and fixed it within an hour. Friendly well trained, Rob was amazing! They have me who will be a customer for life! A compasitor on the air conditioning unit went out. Rob diagnosed it, had the part on the truck and it was fixed!

Between our old and current house, we have been using Best Service Heating and Cooling for over 20 years. In the eight years we have lived in our current home, they helped us "band-aid" the old system until we were ready to start over. The furnace was way past being on its last leg, the AC was not far behind, and the duct work was never done properly when the house was originally built. Our second floor had no air pressure coming from the vents, and the area was always at least 10 degrees higher in the summer and 10 degrees lower in the winter from the rest of the house. We are very happy with the choices they helped us make in the new equipment. The duct work was ran and installed with minimal changes to the house. The utility bills are lower, and for the first time in eight years, our children's bedrooms are comfortable!

Showed up when they said they would, very professional, explained what they were doing and what they were seeing. Grade of A

They were fine. I had them look at both my A/C and my furnace and it took 30 minutes to do.

That went well. I was pleasantly surprised that they didn’t not try to upsell me This was for the furnace and scheduling was easy. They were professional and trustworthy.

The serviceman that came out was polite and told me that I needed additional freon for a leak. Which will cost me upwards of $800 dollars. I don't recall anything else being done. I called to confirm what was included in the deal and to have some additional questions answered. The individual I spoke to was combative, rude, and seemed agitated by my questions. My phone encounter changed my mind about hiring for any other services.

Nice job...serviced our AC unit effectively. Prompt, professional service. Will use again in the future.

We used a coupon on Angie's list to have our furnace tuned up and inspected for the fall. When we bought the coupon, I gave 3 dates & times that would work for us. Their office called me less than 4 hours later to schedule a time, and provided details on when the technician would arrive. They called the day of the appointment to let me know their technician was actually running AHEAD of schedule! Awesome! They were flexible when I let them know I needed a few extra minutes to get from the office to home, and the technician arrived right when I told them he could. Our technician couldn't have been more professional or polite. He was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things to me about our furnace (which was all unexplored territory for me!).He even found an issue with one of our pipes, put it back in place, and explained to me that we probably hadn't been getting the airflow we'd wanted upstairs b/c of the issue (he was correct!). At the end, we got a detailed report, and a summary of what we may need to expect in terms of usual wear & tear. He didn't try to upsell us with anything extra, and even took the time to suggest the plumber and electrician they recommend (great for a newer home owner). We will definitely be using Best again, and recommend them to anyone that asks!

Great experience. I originally called to talk to Russell about a problem not related to my furnace or air conditioner. Russell returned my call and was so nice and helpful I decided to try them for my heating and a/c needs and purchased The Big Deal air conditioning check-up. The technician was prompt, efficient, thorough, and very nice. I was impressed so I also purchased The Big Deal for a pre-season furnace check-up this fall. Definitely recommend! Oct. 1 Addition: Had the pre-season furnace check-up done. Same wonderful service! Purchased a plan for them to do the a/c and furnace check-up for next year. Definitely recommend.

Servicer was on time and very thorough. Got my A/C working better than before with the tuneup.

It's not just $39.95 you need to pay an addition $45 extra for the techinican to come out.

There were no troubles with scheduling and no additional costs beyond the price of the deal. The technician completed the job in about half of an hour. Everything turned out fine.

The guy was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail as we went along. They did the job. They said they put in some Freon, but our unit is not noticeably colder. The result was not that stellar. They were there the next day. They were quick and very professional.

Brock was the young man who came to check the air conditioning unit. He gave me an extensive list of the things he did. I found him very pleasant and informative. He made me aware that there was a summer and winter switch on the furnace, which I was unaware of before. I plan to have the furnace checked in the near future, and will use Best Services again! I possible, I would like to have Brock again.

Since then, they've come whenever we've called, and we've called quite a few times. We've been having problem with humidity and they came back until they figured it out and fixed it! They even put in a new humidostat for no additional fee to make sure we could control the humidity. They are very professional, and I am quite pleased we found them!

Fine. Arrived on time. Checked out the furnace and heat pump, which they had installed a few years ago, and found no problems.

Some things in our house were damaged due to lightening/power surges. One was no air coming out of the vents. After reporting to our insurance company, we searched Angie's List and contacted Best Service Heating & Cooling. The owner got a technician to us and the parts ordered quickly, the technician was friendly and explained what he was doing, the technician also documented thoroughly the damage and what was done for our insurance company. We are very happy with their service. I would use them again.

Had people come to look at a failing system. The technician stayed and tested everything possible and gave us an honest evaluation of our system. Far better than anyone else we called and we tried all of the top companies.
