It went very well. I was pleased with their service.

No major problems were encountered. Later on, as we were selling the house, they also kindly provided an addendum about a specific issue the buyer was concerned about.

They came out a week after I purchased the deal. They checked the furnace to make sure it was ready for the winter season. They did a good job.

Donnie was great! Took the time to explain everything he was doing and what all the parts were. Also gave me some tips of what signs there would be if the parts started to fail (furnace is getting old, it's only a matter of time). Cleaned everything before he left, and tightened some bolts he thought might be causing a rattling noise. Will definitely use them again.

I purchased a "big deal" for $40 for some annual maintenance. Was a very smooth experience (which unfortunately has NOT been the case with other "big deal" purchases..but I digress!). The big deal purchase process allowed me to request dates, the provider acknowledged the dates, we agreed on one. They showed up on time, were quick, said all looked good, didn't try to add on expense (read comment about other big deal purchases) and they were on their way. All very, very easy and now I'm set for a cold winter :-)---thank you!

My furnace stopped working in the middle of the night. I called Best first thing at 8 am and they were the only A-rated Angie's list Company who (1) was willing to come to my house that morning AND (2) who answered The phone and didn't need to call me back. The technician, Travis, was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and quickly fixed the broken part. I will DEFINITELY use Bet again as I was very impressed with their professionalism.

This is a fake review. I choose not to review this provider, but Angie's List keeps giving me a popup to review them. I have contacted Angie's List several times about this problem. The popup went away for awhile, but now it's back. There is no option for not reviewing a company.

The serviceperson was on time, professional, and thorough. He even explained to me what he was doing and why it was important. He also look at the condenser pump for the air conditioning to see why it wasn't functioning. In my opinion, he went above and beyond his job, both in terms of explanation and work done. I will definitely use Best Service Heating & Cooling for my future service and repair needs.

Great technician was great did inspections and provided reports that satisfied the buyers request that HVAC was in good working order

I was pleased that they actually called 30 minutes out like they said they would. He came in, inspected the furnace & all was good. On Monday, noticed water on the ground by furnace & humidifier. Called in immediatly & tech was out within hours at no charge & determined what the problem was & fixed it, again, at no charge. Their timeliness was again spot-on & the fact that they followed up without knowing the details of the problem was great customer service.

Outstanding. Showed up as promised and didn't try to sell me things that I don't need. I have already used them again for service at a rental property I also own and will continue to do so in the future.

The first time this was scheduled, there was a problem with the appointment. The tec said on the door hanger that he did not have a phone number to call before he showed up. When i called the office to talk about them coming back out, she said that they would not since they called and i had not been at the house. I had been at the library returning books about 1/4 of a mile down the road and would of easily made the appointment with a call ahead. I had asked what number they called, she repeated my cell number. When i told her that the note said that he did not have a number to call for me, she said that she would reschedule me 2 weeks out. The appointment was good. He checked and did all the services that were listed in the add. He found the blower motor was shorting out after a few minuets running and put another one in. It works fine and we are ready for winter now.

They were awesome! We purchased a Deal and are super happy we did! They explained what and why and how to us. The tech was thorough did a fantastic job. Thank you so much! We really look forward to using them as our hvac company from here on out.

I purchased a big deal for a pre-season furnace inspection and cleaning. The man who came in to do the work was prompt, professional and efficient. He also didn't try to up-sell me on anything I didn't need. Will probably use this company again for my pre-season A/C cleaning!

Purchased big deal for pre-season furnace check/tune-up. Scheduled service over phone. Service man arrived on time and looked at furnace. Resolved one small problem -will see how it goes - though he said if not resolved they will come out again. Apart from that nothing was wrong so we didn't have much to discuss. He was courteous and seemed interested in making sure all my concerns were addressed and furnace is running perfectly. Will hire them again.

Purchased preseason furnace/ac cleaning. The earliest date was late October and I would like to have someone look at my furnace earlier than they are available. Scheduled for tomorrow with another Angie's list A rated heating and cooling company.

Good except could not take the change filter light off thermostat

The serviceman was courteous and on time. We just moved into our home and didnt know much about the furnace. He educated me on my tyoe of furnace and explained the work he completed.
