On time. Very nice service tech. Well worth the money spent.

The services provided were professional and reasonable. Minor repairs were needed beyond the scope of the initial work and handled at the time of service quickly. I will use Best again in the future.

Service technician was on time, polite, courteous, and thorough. Checked our system before the summer cooling season, and changed out our filters. Would definitely use again.

I wasn't present; my wife was. My understanding was that the technician sent was a little late for the appointment, but when he arrived, was professional and efficient. He did what he said he would do, which was to evaluate the AC system (heat pump) in our home including checking the coolant charge, and general functioning of the unit, including the blower motor. He said the system was generally in good condition, and that the charge was a little low. He added 1/2 pound of coolant at no charge, to make amends for his late arrival. Thank you! That was very much appreciated. He then made a written note regarding the functionality of the system, and what to look for if the low charge was caused by a leak that would return. He said we could notice decreased cooling at the registers, or possibly ice formation at the condenser. Overall, this was "A" level service.

They were very thorough and did an excellent job. They also provided some excellent suggestions.

I originally called another contractor on Angie?s list to come out and check out my A/C for the season. That contractor told me that I needed new capacitors and a new contactor for my A/C. He strongly suggested that since my system was 18 years old, I would be better off to purchase a new system instead of putting money into my current one. His quote for the new system was only good for 1 week before an impending price increase. That wouldn?t give me time to get other quotes or advice from other contractors but I decided that I needed to take more time to evaluate the situation and be sure that I was making the right decision despite any supposed monetary gains he might be offering. That?s when I called Best Service. It was fortunate for me that I called at a time when they were able to respond right away. After discussing the situation with them I felt more certain that calling them was the right decision. It was clear to me during the conversation that what I was hearing was just straight honest talk without any pressure to sell me a new system. I asked them to come out and replace the contactor in my current system in addition to quoting me on a new system. When they came out they determined that there was nothing wrong with my current system parts and were honest to tell me that the contactor did not need to be replaced. Best Service has proved to be extremely competent, trustworthy and most competitively priced. They also performed the annual check on my neighbor?s HVAC systems. She heartily agrees with my opinion, so both of us will be looking to Best Service first for repairs and/or replacement of our HVAC systems. We will be recommending them to our family, friends and neighbors as well.

The furnace on our main floor went out while we were on vacation. Although we thought that our Nest was at fault, it turned out that the furnace's fuse burned out. When I called the office I was offered same day service, which I realize is not always available, but well appreciated. They gave me a time window and had a courtesy call 15 minutes before the technician came. He was polite, professional and wore booties inside the house. He immediately found the problem and luckily for us, he had the appropriate fuse with him to fix it. He tested the furnace and thermostat thoroughly for 15-20 minutes before leaving. He gave us a better discount of 10% than the coupon I had prepared from Angies List. I was pleased with the service and will be happy to use this company again in the future. Repair cost was very reasonable.

It is a fine job and the scheduling is very smooth. I can not tell the quality of the job since they did not find any issues.
