Flawlessly. Another company came out earlier in the day and told us the unit was beyond repair and that carrier didn’t make the part I needed, entire unit had to be replaced.....I called Best and Wayne came out and fixed it within an hour and charged only a fraction of the replacement cost. He then explained how it worked and what went wrong. Perfect dream experience. Will go to from now one.

Went as expected Updated 8/21/2019: This is an update to a previous review from 6/2019: During the inspection/tune up I asked about servicing/checking the freon and was advised it is a sealed system and cannot leak. Well flash forward 2 months and I decided to replace my 15 year old AC/Furnace, and find out there was almost no freon in the system at all. I was informed there was almost no freon left in the system, and only about 4 pounds of pressure on the line. SERIOUSLY? I would say, use caution when signing up for an Angies List Coupon because you may not get a thorough inspection. Not sure what I actually paid for other than a cooling fin cleaning of the outside unit.

The technician arrived on time and was friendly and professional. He made several suggestions to improve the performance of the A/C system.

Best Service Heating and Cooling went above and beyond in the installation of our new air conditioner unit. Donnie spent the extra time needed to make sure everything was installed properly and his attention to detail was phenomenal.

We had them come out to replace a blown capacitor knowing upfront what the issue was. we have had this service done once before in the past and the price was almost double what it was last for a basic installation of a 3 dollar part.

Excellent service. Water heater pilot light went out and I couldn't get it to re-light. Water heater has a sealed off burner so Best Service came out and fixed the problem along with some tips on how to correct it should it happen again.

Pre sesaon maintenance was performed on two air condition units and everything went well.
