Best Service Heating & Cooling

We purchased a large home that was very dirty and had a funk about it. Hired Best Service to clean out all duct work, clean out dryer vent, and get the furnace and air conditioner cleaned up. A crew of 4 guys showed up. They were all very pleasant and professional (Matt / Rob / Jowan / Travis). They flowed through the house seamlessly. Travis worked on the mechanicals and then took the time to show me how to put in the new filter, as it was NOT your standard pull the dirty one out and put a clean one in. They reattached the dryer vent, since it wasn't even hooked up. Then we had a very good discussion about various thermostats that connect to your internet, as we are seriously thinking about getting one. I have worked with several furnace/air conditioning in the past, and they rank up there as one of the best we've used. Definitely going to continue to use them as long as we are in Columbus.

My entire experience was fantastic! Best Service Heating and Cooling offered a spectacular deal on a yearly maintenance and servicing on my furnace and air conditioner. After I bought the deal they were prompt in contacting me to set up a time to come to my house. They responded to all of my emails the same day and were polite and knowledgeable. The tech who came to my home called and let me know he was on his way, when he got here he was pleasant and polite and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend and use this company again! A+

Called late last week in response to an Angie's List coupon and the receptionist was quite courteous. Arranged an appointment for the following Monday. Technician, Rob, was prompt, thorough, professional, and personable. Will use them in the spring for AC check, and this will become an annual event for our household. Great company and experience.

Everything went smooth. Donnie was on-time, knowledgeable and informative. He performed thorough furnace checkup and was even kind enough to do a quick visual check on water heater. I am very pleased with the quality of service for a decent price.

When I initially called they were very cordial, but there was a lack of communication involving the block of time.

They were on time. They told me exactly what needed to be replaced and explained how the piece operated. Afterwards they checked the furnace over to make sure there we no other issues. They were very professional. Did excellent work and cleaned up behind themselves.

As far as I can tell it went well and only took like 15 minutes at the most.

Cleaned furnace (burners), completed a 15 point inspection. advised that furnace was getting old and we should start thinking about a replacement. Suggested we put some CO detectors up around the furnace to be safe. Very professional. Will use again.

Great. They called before the appointment. They entered the home respectfully. Examined the furnace, replaced the humidifier filer, and then gave us an update on the furnace--everything looks good. It's about 11 years old, so we were happy to hear that.

Technician arrived and was courteous and professional. Also checked pipes for sound and gave me a check list of standards and where my furnace came in. Information was very helpful.

After recently moving into a new home, we found Best on Angie's List and hired them to inspect our furnace and heat pump. The original inspection was carefully done, the serviceman was nice, accommodating, on time and knowledgeable. There was a larger issue found with our upstairs unit which involved installing an additional part as well as us needing to update the electrical in our home. Best worked with us throughout the entire process and found us the part we needed and recommended a great electrician. In all, we had about 4 different Best serviceman come to our home (just a result of our larger issue) and each one was very helpful. I was most impressed with the fact that each person knew our situation and why they were there-it was great to see a company that works together so closely and effectively communicates with each other. About 10 minutes after our project wrapped up, the owner of the company was calling to follow up and make sure everything was good. There was one outstanding issue that needed to be resolved and someone was at the house within the hour to fix. I can't say enough great things about this company and the way that they operate. We will use them for all of our heating and cooling needs and will happily recommend to others.

Arrived when they said they would, got right to their work, did a good job.

I did not like the introduction of the tech. I would not have handled a client that way.
