Quickly responded to scheduling the purchased Deal. Tech arrived on time and explained the maintenance procedure and answered any questions. They do a great job, do not try to sell you any add ones when you just wanted routine maintenance.

Amazing - They were out the next day and were able to get everything up and running again in one visit

Overpriced part and labor charges. Not satisfied with the price.

This is the 3rd time I have used Best. Everything went well and they arrived on time.

They were scheduled from 10-2, but called me at 11 to say they ran into an issue with an earlier customer and that they were going to be delayed with the rest of the appointments that day. They said they would give me a courtesy call half hour before they arrived. They arrived around 3 (I did receive the courtesy half hour phone call) and they were polite, efficient and explained everything really well (they had to add refrigerant to the A/C unit). I appreciated the heads up that they would be delayed (it is the nature of the business) and the courtesy call, as well as the professionalism of the employees. I will use them again.

I purchased a coupon for a routine service call because I thought something may be going on with the AC unit. It was relatively new, but had been making strange noises for some time and was getting progressively worse. Turns out, the fan motor in my furnace that forces the air through the house was going bad and eventually went out on the day of the service call (ironically). A part had to be ordered and came in 2 days later. The unit is working well now and is very quiet. All went well during the 2 service calls and the technicians were fairly quick and efficient.

Good. He could not make it on the scheduled day so called me that morning. Rescheduled for a Saturday even though they do not work on Saturdays. Great guy. Did thorough checkup of the unit.

No complaints. The work was done very fast.

Very well. The same gentleman who serviced us a couple of years ago did the work this time as well. He was fast, efficient, and very professional. Best is, in my mind, the Best value as well. I will use them in the future

The technician came out and performed the service. I did have to call the company to find out when they were coming because they were late in arriving.

They were awesome!! I needed them to come in a week that they were booked up but they were able to shift their schedule around to fit my schedule. I would definitly hire them again!

I really liked the technician and thought he did a thorough job. He gave me a summary when finished of what he had done. He was early, which worked well for me. A few weeks after the visit, my AC unit went out. When the technician checked it, he found that both caps to the line supplying the refrigerant were missing. He searched around the grass and found only one. The fluid levels were still adequate, so the failure of the unit was not caused by this oversight. Over time, it could have caused a problem if the fluid had evaporated - or at least that is what I figure. Just be more careful and check to make sure these small details are done right. So, I had to mark down the grade for quality based on that small detail that could have caused something worse.

Had them check my air conditioner which was blowing hot air. Unfortunately, the technician had to deliver bad news. But he did it with grace and after thoroughly checking the system inside and outside. This company is reliable, professional and ethical. Even though the news wasn't good it was accurate and I appreciate their work. Definitely will call them again.

The technician was courteous and professional. He did a quick and thorough inspection.

Tech was prompt, nice to deal with and didn't try any upsell (which was appreciated).

Rob came during the promised time slot and quickly found and fixed the problem helping me to avoid a headache later this summer.

Donnie was punctual, professional pleasant, and knowledgeable. He taught me about my furnace and offered some helpful suggestions. If a furnace tune-up could ever be considered a pleasure, this was it!

Adam was pleasant and professional, worked quickly and efficiently, was tidy and well organized. If a plumbing repair experience can ever be called painless, this was it!

Service went great. Only the documentation and notification was spotty. On documentation, technician states that there is high CO levels in exit vent. No CO in the house vents. Tech recommended furnace be replaced due to age of furnace (over 25 years old). Warranty company would not replace furnace as it was not broken. Come to find out later from calling Brown that the high CO levels was a sign that the heat exchanger was bad. New warranty company refuses to replace furnace due to it being a pre-existing condition as the high CO levels were stated when service was done which is a sign of a failing heat exchanger. I feel that Best Services should have, in plain English, let me know that the heat exchanger was failing and had cracks in the system. It was negligent not to do so. Now I have to fight warranty companies to replace my furnace because this was not addressed properly by Best Services. I may have to pay for a new furnace myself due to this negligence in documentation and reporting. I am not an HVAC technician. It was only a recommended change and the furnace was left operational.

I bought the A/C Tuneup and inspection deal offered by Best Service Heating & Cooling. It was my first time using them and I am glad I did. The technician who serviced my air conditioner was Rob and he was great. He answered all of the questions I had and showed me tips on how I could make my A/C more efficient. I was very happy with the work he performed and I felt I could trust everything he told me. I will definitely be using them for any future A/C or heating needs.

It went fine, they were prompt, courteous, and efficient. I would have no problem recommending them in the future to anyone. Previously I had put in a poor review on them that I have replaced with this review. The previous lack of communication was just as much on me as it was on them.

Friendly, courteous, good service. Price ballooned from service deal but only because additional components were found to be needed. Will definitely continue to use Best Services! Service window a bit too broad - any time after noon, but made it work.

The experience went well. They arrived on time and found a slow leak in both units. They added Freon and tighten the bolts to prevent future leakage.
