Company never came within time frame window on third scheduling attempt the company showed up with out me there leaving a note on my door. When i called the company and questioned why they didnt call to advise they were on their way as their practice requires, the company stated they did. I told the gentleman i received no call and just arrived home and saw the note. I demanded they send someone out as i took the afternoon off - i was told it doesnt work that way. I couldnt believe the unprofessionalism displayed by this company.

Technician was courteous and knowledgeable. Would have received all A's except they promised to be here between 9:00 and noon. I had to call at ~ 12:30 PM to ask if they were coming today. He was held up in another job that took longer than expected. I understand that, but a courtesy call from the home office to let me know that would have been helpful. I think he arrived ~ 2:30, and was efficiently went about his work once he arrived.

It went well, relatively quickly and the tech answered just about every question I asked (and I like to ask questions.) He explained the differences between refridgerant types, how to determine what the appropriate level of charge for our system and even suggested a couple of tips for how we could get ready for winter/turning the heat back on. These guys are on the short list of providers I will consider if HVAC issues arise in the future.

It was really a long time ago. The experience with Best Service Heating & Cooling was good. It was pretty cool though.

Service went well. However I needed paperwork upon completion because I am listing my home. The paperwork that I received wasn't even legible. When I called and asked if they could rewrite so I could read it they seemed offended and just told me what issues that they found that were listed on the paperwork but I could not read. They ended up emailing me the same illegible document.

It was odd. They came out, they checked my system out, and cleaned out my condenser and it went pretty well. They checked the Freon level and the current. They had the system running and it worked okay, they pulled off the capacitor, to check it and accidentally dropped it. They reinstalled it and the next time I needed to run the system, it wouldn't work. We can't say that the capacitor being dropped caused it to go out (it hit the dirt, but it didn't hit anything hard). They came out the second time and didn't charge me for the visit, but did charge me for the new capacitor. While I can't say that the capacitor being dropped caused it to go out, it's just kind of weird that the system worked, they dropped it, and then it went out. The whole purpose of this was to make sure the system was ready for the summer, and it failed immediately after they inspected it. I think their customer service was good, I was very happy with it. The timing was convenient. The price was great, I have never paid this low for this kind of work.

They were punctual, had good customer service, and while it was good they didn't charge me for the second visit, just the part, it feels like something funny was going on during the first visit, they were just supposed to make sure it was running right. The customer service aspect was an A, but the technical part was a B. The previous visit should have ensured my system worked for the summer, and instead it immediately failed. A discount on the part would have been appreciated and reasonable. The A/C worked all summer with no problems, so I am happy about that. I'd like to give them a B+ if could. Beyond the reduction in cost, there isn't anything they could have done differently.

They arrived on time and was able to quickly perform the diagnostics and the furnace tune up. The problem with the furnace was that the inducer motor had become stuck. They were able to free it but recommended replacement. The office provided a quote for the replacement. I ended up replacing it myself since I am pretty handy. I am pretty happy with the services they provided, but thought the replacement cost they quoted me was a little high.

Needed annual service by a certain date so I called to check how soon their advertised Angie's List deal could be performed. Placed the order while on the phone and was told I would have to call back so that the order would hit their system. Got a 20 minutes later and was then told service could not be performed until October. Awful customer service and a waste of time.

Great we learned what we needed to know

They came out and replaced several pipes and refilled the coolant. That went well but then a seal blew out and they had to come back out. The seal was very old so I don't blame them. Several pieces were replaced but he did recommend that I not try putting any more money into it. The unit is over 20 years old and I think they were very professional and honest.

It went very well. They were able to schedule it quickly. They did find a problem that needed to be repaired above and beyond the service checkup. I have used them several times already.

GREAT! Donnie and Kirk were very nice, professional & kind to my little babies that wanted to show them their tool box and lawn mower. They were 1 1/2 hour late but Devon called to let me know and I was okay with that. I will be using their services again. I had to buy a new igniter switch so that's why I paid a bit more than what is advertised.

Representative was knowledgeable and helpful in helping me improve the airflow and cooling as well as servicing the equipment.

They've actually installed two furnaces for us in two different house. They're very good, I like them a lot. We had a high efficiency furnace. In the high efficiency furnace now, they only do one company's furnaces. I've never had them put in just a regular furnace. But I'm sure they're fine.
