They didn't diagnose a problem I had correctly with a furnace in one of my rental properties.

The service was performed above expectations. Timely and honest. We would use them again.

Everything went great. They showed up on time and were very professional.

They were very good. It was very quick and very good, and the price was fair. They were very responsive. I think I had to wait one week because they were very busy, but it was just a safety check; it was not a big deal. The service was great and the price was very good. They guy I talked to, a young guy, was very, very nice; he explained a lot of stuff and he answered all my questions. So for sure, top rating for them - absolutely. I'm actually going to call them to have another job done, so I will call them in the future, for sure. It was a very good price - actually the best price. When I called them, they were very nice - the person I talked to over the phone - and she got me scheduled and they were right on time. They called me in advance, like 20 minutes before arriving, so it was good service. They called me in advance and after 20 minutes, they were right there. Actually, I was supposed to call them last week but I am very busy, so I will call them to have another job done.

They put the thing on and that was it. It was good, it was just what they said.

Great. They got in me in quick, came out for the $49 tune up and just happened the night before my furnace was really loud, so they looked at that while doing my service check/cleaning. It turns out one of my motors was going out, which is why it sounded like a jet engine. He gave me a quote on that if I wanted to get it fixed before it died. I choose to get it fixed and he called me the next day when part was ready, came out and fixed it. Very happy with the service, friendly, knowledgeable, honest-do not feel like I was cheated or scammed, seemed reasonable price. I will definitely use again

It turned out very well. I was very pleased with the work they did. There was an extra charge but they did give me a discount because it was Angie's List. They just did a very thorough job. They did clean up.

They did a great job. Thouroughly inspected and explained everything. They even went above and beyond by finding an unsealed duct and getting some materials from the truck to fix it, free of charge! I would absolutely use them again.

I have used Best Service several times, and they are always a great value, do good work, and do it in a quick and efficient manner. These folks don't do much advertising, and my guess is because they don't need to. Word of mouth!

Had used Best in the past and was pleased with work done. I called and got answering service. Best called back about an hour later and said that he had been trying to reach me but had a bad number. Said he would be right out he was not here real quickly. He told me had forgotten something and had to go back. We had pretty much diagnosed the problem over the phone. He gave me an estimate based upon that. There was about a $65 surcharge for the weekend. He came out quickly confirmed the problem. He proceeded to replace the igniter. He tested everything and made sure that it was working. He was clean and professional. It has now been a few days and everything is running fine.

It was good. I they are just average, nothing extraordinary I would think. I think my interactions with them were good. I think they were on time. I don’t recollect having a bad experience.

Brian was here on time, went right to work and made repairs in very quick manner, very polite and professional. Explained the problem and what was needed to fix it. Price was reasonable and I was very satisfied. Will call them again if needed.

After troubleshooting, found out that it was the gas line and nothing wrong with the furnace.

He was just so good at explaining anything and checking anything out. I just couldn't ask for anything more. I had them a long time ago and decided to come back with them. They explained everything in detail and the time he took was great. I was just very pleased.

They're pretty good. I've been using them for about 5 years. I keep coming back because of their service. They are the best as the name implies. Their responsiveness is good. They are on time every time they are here. They're a great company. They are always professional.

They ended up shutting it off as it had a cracked heat exchanger and was emitting CO. We had them install a new furnace and AC 2 days later.

Very well. No complaints. Informative about how long our furnace should last and approximate costs to replace or repair if needed.

they were very through. He checked everything he wanted to make sure everything was working correct. He didn't check things and left. The other thing we liked about him was that he wasn't trying to sell you stuff. He wasn't trying to upsale us

I called Best Service, told them my furnace stopped working and they scheduled a tech to come within two hours. They called back within one hour to send a tech immediately. He came, diagnosed the problem (the igniter), had the replacement part in his van, fixed the furnace and left within 45 minutes. Great service! Highly recommended!
