Excellent service. They were very accommodating and had great communications. Had to get a zoning variance, and Mike handled everything. Josh and his crew were very punctual and diligent.

Crew arrived on time daily, consistent attention to detail. I was kept informed daily of the work in progress - job captain answered all questions. In mid-project we had severe thunderstorm and small water leak occurred at an adjacent window. Job captain and lead carpenter (Phil and Jerry) came immediately (on a Sunday) and fixed the issue. So professional!

This was an amazing experience and group of people! From beginning to end every detail was handled professionally, courteously, and beautifully! Rob's design consult far exceeded several other consults we had with other companies in terms of design ideas, creativity, ease of conversation, openness to our ideas, incorporating our wants in a functional and aesthetically pleasing manner and budget conscious ideas/alterations. Rob was so knowledgeable and has a great vision. Rich built our deck with a helper and he was wonderful! Very tedious(which is a good thing), hard working, and dedicated. He troubleshooted any issues quickly and efficiently which kept the project on track. Even with the 20+ straight days of rain we endured during our project, he showed up every opportunity he could and worked every moment the weather allowed him to (including several times of sitting in his truck or under my roofline to wait out a sudden torrential downpour). And on the days he couldn't come due to weather, Phil or Josh called me by 9am to let me know. I was always in the loop and aware of what to expect, what was current and what happens next. Rich cleaned up his worksite every single day as well which made the construction site easy to look at and still enjoy surrounding areas during the project construction. Ox and his team hung the stone on our skirt and began as soon as Rich finished the deck! They worked their tails off in 100 degree heat in order to finish our stone skirt in only a few days. And to top off the high quality workmanship, work ethic and professionalism by every single person involved, they were also incredibly friendly with excellent communication skills and really just good people. Our project did take a little over a month to complete but ONLY because of the weather conditions. There was never a day that I felt they could have worked and didn't. They seized every opportunity to work therefore I believe that considering the weather, it was done quite quickly. Phil was amazing at communicating with us throughout the project, always answering my calls and addressing my questions/concerns immediately. At my final walk through with Rob(who remained in communication with me regarding the project from start to finish) we were given our 5 year warranty information and he answered any and all of my questions thoroughly. And then we went ahead and discussed our patio and landscaping plans for next year as we will DEFINITELY be working with Archadeck of Columbus again. I hope I didn't leave anything out as there are so many good things to say about this team! And of course, we LOVE our deck! It is truly the most beautiful deck and we enjoy it daily. Everyone who sees it can't help but openly admire how gorgeous it is and how functional too!

Excellent experience from beginning of project to completion. Phil, Rob, Josh and John all did excellent work and were very responsive. They also kept us informed of what to expect, when to expect it and, when unexpected issues came up (which they always do on even the best planned project) they were honest and forthright in what could be done to resolve it. We are extremely happy with the final product. It was well worth it! Archadeck did an outstanding job and we most definitely recommend them for anyone's outdoor project.

This was a replacement of a bad deck. It now is a working art. The craftsmanship is excellent! The deck is large, attractive, guaranteed.

Archadeck of Columbus built a deck for us in the fall of 2014. We were very pleased with the total experience and with the outcome. The design of the deck, the materials, and the workmanship were all first-rate. Interactions with our salesman/designer Rob and master carpenter Rich were particularly satisfying. The company had some problems with one of their suppliers that slowed our project a bit and Archadeck didn?t always take the initiative in communicating to us. On the other hand, they responded quickly to our inquiries and dealt patiently and creatively with all of our concerns. We will not hesitate to turn to them again for any project of this nature.

Let me start off by saying we absolutely love the patio and the work done by Archadeck. From the beginning design phase to final completion everyone that represented the company were top notch. Rob with our design, Phil as his back up , Seth on construction to Paco on the pavers all of them went out of their to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction. As with many construction projects we had some glitches along the way but in the end I felt any issues were handled fairly and reasonably. I felt I was always able to get ahold of Rob at anytime day or night with my issues and he responded promptly to all inquiries. Seth and the carpentry work he preformed is beautiful. Paco and his crew did a beautiful job with the pavers. My wife and I keep saying "it feels like we moved" because the space they created for us makes it feel like a completely different house. I think most peoples frustrations with contractors is that once they have your money your stuck. Sometimes they show up and sometimes they don't , with no explanation. Not Archadeck, we were always kept informed as to who and when someone would be there and what they would be doing that day. And they were always there when they said they would be. If no one was working that day, you knew why and when they would be back. This was a big job and when any of the crew were there they were working and getting a lot done. The job site was cleaned up every night and the space around the work area was usable. Finally the bill, there were addendum that were added only they way from the initial quote. They were very specific as to the changes and the cost. When the job was over, we paid what we owed with no "surprises". No job this big gets done without some issues but I feel they were all professionally handled. And they fact that they operate as a single point of contact using all their own subs and employees I didn't have to make sure there was coordination between some outside contractor and Archadeck,. The one outside contractor I did have to bring in was told when he would be able to do his part and they were respectful of his time and he was able to do his work when he was told. Everyone that has seen the project is amazed at the work, my wife and I love it. I would highly recommend Archadeck to anyone who would ask. Great Job Guys!! Thanks!

Michael responded very quickly to my request for an estimate. The estimate was in the ballpark of the others that I got. I decided to go with Archadeck because I liked their materials the best and I felt Michael was knowledgeable of his materials and design I desired. Work began once the rainy weather went away and was finished in about three weeks. I made a few changes to the original design plan which were well received by Michael and Ken, the actual builder. Ken offered great suggestions as well. I did have a few minor problems and most were taken care of in a short period of time. One spindle broke after the other problems were taken care of and after a few weeks and several phone calls it was completed as well. I was owed a credit because of a change in plans by me and it took at least four phone calls to Michael and/or Carol to finally get the check. But my deck is beautiful and I have had no problems since. I would definitely recommend Archadeck to anyone. I might suggest not paying the total amount until all problems have been completed.

AWESOME. AWESOME. AWESOME. My deck and landscaping are so beautiful we set a standard for the neighborhood. Neighbors are rebuilding their existing decks to emulate ours, and they're landscaping their backyards to compete with ours. Because of Archadeck, my entire neighborhood is getting a "make over." They helped us design our patio after a setback the previous summer. There were some specific things we wanted in a patio and they helped us with those design features. Those individuals we worked with were courteous and on time. Once the work was completed, they even came back to fix an area we weren't satisfied with until we were.

Everything about our experience was wonderful. Found the company on Angie's list, called and Rob came out to the house took measurements. The wonderful thing about designing the deck with Rob is that he really understood what we were wanting to use the space for and made a deck that accommodated our needs. From the design to building the whole process went very smoothly. We had the brothers building the deck and they were great. Very professional and you could tell they enjoy what they do and we're very informative during the whole process. Overall the whole process went very smoothly and I would recommend them (and have) to others considering decks.

They came out and explained the various options for both the deck using treated wood, cedar or Timbertech materials. Pricing was provided for one option, which I understood to be the timbertech (most expensive option), plus the installation of the paver patio. They returned 2 weeks later with the detailed estimate of the work to be completed. Final price for the Timbertech option was 25% higher than the first estimate, which it turns out was for the cedar option. Sales rep was very knowledgeable of the products offered and even offered additional services for my landscape plan. Main reason I did not use them was the price

We called because we wanted to convert our existing pergola into a gazebo. We scheduled an appointment and Michael arrived, looked over the pergola and we discussed at length what we wanted. He said that he would draw up some ideas and plans and get back to us in about 2 weeks. He never called us back. Thinking that he might have lost our number, I called him to inquire how things were progressing. I was unable to reach him and left a message. A week later he finally returned my call and I re-introduced myself and reminded him of our meeting and the work we were interested in them doing. He said he had been extremely busy but would start immediately and we would get back with us the following week. Again he never got back with us. At this point we figured if that was their work ethic, than we were better off not using their services.

The entire experience with Archadeck of Columbus has been terrific. We felt from our initial consultation with Mike Reeder that Archadeck was the company to build our dream project- we were never disappointed with that decision. Mike is the reason we decided to go with this company. All of our concerns, questions, and ideas were answered and considered throughout the entire project. We felt the amount paid was reasonable considering the quality of craftsmanship and the materials used. Beyond the cost was the intangible feeling of knowing the project was going to be done correctly without us ever worrying. We felt that Mike and his crews genuinely cared about not only producing a quality project, but one that met our needs and desires. We couldn't be more pleased and would recommend Archadeck to anyone who asked.

The stamped concrete patio was an extension of an existing patio. It is a near perfect match in color and pattern. It adjoins our existing patio adjacent to the walkout basement. The adjoining privacy fence is cedar, the height is perfect and is exactly what we wanted. The huge pergola was attached to our existing deck. The craftsmanship is expert and appears as if it were part of the original construct. The pergola definitely adds to the character of our Tuscan Villa style home. Dealing with Michael and Carol Reeder at Archadeck made designing and completing a project of this magnitude simple and painless. Their professionalism and attention to detail is obvious in the end product. We could not be happier with the services provided and can only give them our highest recommendation.

Took a little longer for them to get started than we had anticipated. But, once here, they kept at the work until completed. Made some repairs to existing deck structure at no extra charge. Built and installed long bench out of composite material, and railing out of cedar. The carpenter that did our work was excellent- "knew his stuff!" Came back in fall, after a couple of reminders, to repair a section of the ramp that had sagged.

Everyone I talked with from Archadeck was fantastic. They were friendly and professional. The initial discussions answered every question I had about the whole process and they were very good about explaining all the details of the process. When I spoke over the phone to them for scheduling purposes, they were very polite and also answered questions I had. And finally, when the guy showed up to actually build the deck, he did a fantastic job and was also professional. All materials and construction mess were cleaned up and removed. It looks great, and I would definitely use them again if the need ever arises.

ArchaDeck was extremely professional and thorough during their time at our residence. They were very flexible to changes, instigated by us or by conditions we found during the process. Their workers were very professional and considerate of our family (and pets!). The experience took a little longer than we expected but we feel confident that we have a well built deck and a strong commitment to follow-up service should it be needed. Archadeck was extremely professional and went above and beyond my expectations. From day one with the consultation to the last day of construction, it went very smooth. The employee who came over for the consultation was on time and delivered every promise and was here though out the construction of the deck and patio observing to make sure everything was in great condition and held to their standards. Through out the process we had multiple neighbors who continued with compliments and to this day we have people who stop by who want to look and compliment the quality and structure and design of the patio and deck. I talked to other companies before choosing archadeck and none were as professional nope provided such an elaborate warranty and background as Archadeck. Extremely happy with the service and product and highly recommend the company to anyone looking for a professional quality deck or patio that will be the envy of the neighborhood.
