They were on time. They were some difficulties getting the very old shower handle off, but stuck with it. Never said "they couldn't finish today". They understood it as important to finish, because we have a 1-shower house. They were very patient. At the end of the day the quality a was good and price was very reasonable. I would use again for sure.
