Each job was beyond my expectations. Chris Miller worked very closely with me in choosing the right carpet. He helped my to understand which kind of carpet would work best for our rooms. Chris stayed connected to me until the job was complete. I was very happy with installation. The installers carefully moved all furniture and then reassembled and moved our rooms back together with our new carpet!

We had some LVT flooring installed in a section of our unfinished basement. The very personable sales rep was able to come out within a day. Their pricing was competitive and their selection of flooring was more than ample for what we needed. The installers were efficient and professional. From the initial call to the installation was less than a week. I highly recommend America’s Floor Source and would use them again for future flooring needs!

We were very pleased with America's Floor source. Customer service was great, and we were pleased with the quality of the carpet/flooring. Rich was our salesman, and he did a great job! He brought samples of the carpet and flooring that we were interested in to our home, and we were able to pick the color and compare it to what we had. Rich kept us informed on when the installation would be done, and followed up with us after installation. The installers were great-they came on time, worked diligently throughout the process, cleaned up everything well. You couldn't even tell they were there when they finished and left! I would recommend this company to anyone who needs flooring or carpet.

The project went excellently from discussions prior to ordering the work, verifying successful installation of carpet in the WIC as there were built in organizer shelves, drawers and hanging rods then actual performance. The crew was scheduled to be there between 8:30 and 11 am. They were sitting outside waiting by 8:00am. I took my dog out for his morning business and told them they were welcome to begin when we came back. The did and did an excellent job. They moved our King bed, dresser and a recliner out, the vacuumed after removal of carpet and after installation of carpet. They did a professional timely job and would not hesitate to use America's Floor Source again for any of my flooring needs.

I was singularly impressed with the work of America's Floor Source. They spent hours in the planning and selection process. They were very customer focuses, taking my calls and returning my emails and calls in a very timely way. Given the horror stories we often hear regarding repair and remodeling folks not showing up or doing shoddy work--I must tell you that their workers showed up on time, ready to work and worked very long hours each day. Most importantly--they cared and had great pride in the quality of their work! And that pride reflected itself in their work. They exceeded my expectations. I was on a very tight timeline--and they met it! If I ever need work done again--I will go no further than America's Floor Source.

We went to America's Floor Source as they were listed on Google as a company that carries a vacuum cleaner that we wanted to buy for our newly installed Mohawk Air.O carpet. It turns out that the Google was wrong. America's Floor Source does not carry vacuum cleaners. However, Todd Sweeney, the Vice President of the Wholesale division took time to help us find a place where we could purchase the vacuum cleaner. He was very kind and professional and went out of his way to assist us even though we had never bought anything from his company. We really appreciated it. We will keep this company in mind the next time we need flooring.

The Chris Angus team installed my laminate flooring Friday. Very professional guys, hard working and worked to completion. No hiccups or issues. Showed up when they said they would, were all very friendly and helpful, and all people I'd invite in to my home again. Andy's team installed the flooring at my mom's house today. Same exceptional service, professionalism and looks great. At 89 yrs old, my mom was very comfortable with Rich Barabei (salesman) and Andy and his crew. I would definitely recommend America's Floor Source to anyone looking for any type of flooring. They do what they say, when they say they are going to do it, and follow up to be sure everything was satisfactory. We also did not have to wait weeks for installation. A week or less after purchasing and we have new quality flooring that looks amazing. Thanks to Chris Angus, Andy and Rich Barnabei for excellent customer service.

I initially wrote a bad review as we experienced a lot of problems with the installation. I don't know how to remove this review but wanted to tell everyone that we were contacted by Mr. Lark the Retail Installation Manager within the day of our posting. He and another gentleman came by today and discussed our issues. They are coming tomorrow to correct the loose threshold issue and are refunding us for several things that were not done or done incorrectly. At any rate, they made things right and that is all anyone can ask. I hope this never happens to another AFS customer. We love the floor just wish the folks we talked to had not avoided us so much and followed thru with the installation. If they had just talked with us we never would have written a bad review in the first place. We never intended to get anyone in hot water, we just wanted our floor done and in a halfway timely manner or at least with a reasonable explanation as to why it isn't being done. Thanks to Mr. Lark for being so quick to show his company really does care about us little guys.

Went pretty well. Tom was very responsive from the initial inquiry to order completion phase. The guy who came to install the floor was very professional, came on time, completed installation neatly and cleaned up the area once done. It was a great experience.

Tom and the crew at AFS did an outstanding job from the selecting my hardwood and carpet all the way through the installation cleanup and followup to make sure all went as planned. If you need flooring in your home I would highly recommend you contact America's Floor Source.

The installation went very well. The installers were on time. They were professional, and did the job in a timely manner. Also Tom Stebbins the Assistant Manager was my sales person. He was very knowledgeable about the carpet I selected.

I called America's Floor Source to have existing carpet tucked under newly installed hardwood in the upstairs hallway. They gave me an estimate on the phone having to put half down via credit card before they come out to my home, and the balance after the work is finished. The balance is collected via phone on the credit card so there is not money exchange between you and the installer. The installer was on time, began work immediately and was very pleasant. The work done was very good. He made sure the carpet was elevated to the same height as the new hard wood floor. I felt the price was fair for servicing 4 bedrooms. I am planning on new carpet for my upstairs bedrooms and America's Floor Source will be my first stop when shopping.

The installers were very professional, neat, clean, efficient, and did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

No work. We would have gone with this company however the first sales person that we had ended up being very rude and did not act as if she wanted to come to our house for service. We set another appointment with that person and she ended up canceling at the last minute. They sent a different person out finally but by that time we were disturbed by the treatment we already encountered from the first person. The second salesperson was respectful.

It took a while for the product to arrive but once it arrived everything went fine and was finished in 2 days.

We have had nothing but issues from the start. The fact that we like the product is the ONLY good thing I have to say. We waited 2 hours to be helped the first day. Tyler told me to fill out a credit app online which I was approved for but they couldn't find the application. I was told the hardwood flooring was ordered but found out days later it wasn't. I had to beg another associate to find and fix the issue and get the order placed. The day we picked up the hardwood we waited about 20 min before they got organized and had the material at our truck to load. One box was damaged. Tyler said he would order a replacement box which he did not do until we showed up to pick up a tile order. He obviously had forgotten but told us it was back-ordered while arguing with us that we probably wouldn't need it anyway. He doesn't return calls in a timely manner if at all. We showed up to pick up the tile because it was "supposed" to be there. Long wait at the dock again, about 30 min, told us they were out of the grout only to eventually find it. The only reason we ordered the tile is because another sales lady came along and gave us some great design advice. Nothing is priced, in fact the prices we were given on the hardwood went up after the initial quote. It seems like whatever price the sales person wants to assign. In fact, at one point I asked Tyler three times for a price on a mosaic tile. I never got a price. He should have apologized for any and all of these issues, but he doesn't seem to care. For all these reasons, we ordered as much as possible on our remodel from other companies. Terrible customer service. Very frustrating experience.

I went in with my two-year-old son to look at tile. I was dressed very casually. I didn't wait long for someone to help me. I asked to get prices for several pieces of tile that I really liked. I was told that those pieces were to expensive and would in no way be in my budget. This women, Meg, had absolutely NO IDEA how much my budget was or how much I wanted to spend on tile. Because I was dressed casually and with a young child she assumed that I just wanted cheap basic tile. She acted like she knew what I wanted or was looking for without even asking me. I was very disappointed. I'm currently redoing 3550 sq ft of flooring and I would have been happy to pay the price for the expensive tile. She lost a lot of potential business.
