America’s Floor Source did an excellent job with helping us select a new kitchen floor. The installers were very professional and did a beautiful job. They made sure that we were happy with the work. The salesman, Rich, kept in contact with us every step of the way. This is how a service business should work.

Bob Webb did an excellent job on our floors. He was professional and pleasant. Could not have done a better job! I can’t recommend him and Americas Floor Source enough.

Joel and his team did a phenomenal job in terms of making the carpet buying process simple, understanding our specific needs and delivering on the final product. The installation results was fantastic. It was quick, efficient and clean. This is our first experience with AFS and am more than pleased with how things turned out throughout the process. We are coming back again for the rest of the house now.

We had an incredible experience with America’s Floor Source from start to finish! We worked with Jessica Tucker and she was very knowledgeable, thorough, professional and extremely helpful. She worked with our designer to coordinate schedules since we were doing a kitchen and master bath renovation in addition to all new flooring in our home. Jess was quick to respond when we had questions or concerns. She was top-notch through the entire process! The crews that came into our home to install the engineered hardwood and carpet were some of the most hard-working people we have ever encountered. In addition, they were courteous and respectful, which was important since we work from home. Their workmanship was 5-star! We would definitely recommend America’s Floor Source for all of your flooring needs. They provided us with amazing customer service and products that we will enjoy for years to come.

The whole experience was great. One snag of not knowing our padding and carpet was glued but both crews got the job done. The communication with our salesman Joel Woods and Tim Lark installation manager was great. We received our invoices to confirm our order then received an email as to time and date of installation a couple days prior. Everything thing was on time. Both crews were very respectful of our home and all old materials were removed and area clean prior to then leaving. Highly recommend American Floor Source and will use again in the future.

We recently had a great experience working with America's Floor Source. They installed new carpeting in our second floor and high-traffic stairs. From start to finish, this was one of the best customer service experiences we've ever had. Our flooring advisor, Joel Wood, deserves immense credit for the success of this project. He took the time to listen as we described our goal for the new carpeting. Joel's expertise was evident as he offered thoughtful recommendations that aligned perfectly with the look and feel we hoped to achieve. The installation crew delivered an absolutely flawless execution. They worked diligently and efficiently while maintaining a clean workspace. Despite the hard work involved disassembling and moving our heavy furniture, they maintained a polite, positive attitude that we appreciated. The care and attention to detail they demonstrated was truly remarkable. Simply put, America's Floor Source exceeded our expectations across the board. From Joel's consultative sales approach to the installers' stellar work, they made us feel like valued customers every step of the way. I cannot recommend America's Floor Source highly enough.

Joel Wood did a great job with helping us to select flooring that would compliment out white oak hardwood. We had been to numerous other places and the products were redundant in regard to pattern and not high end looking. America's Floor Source had a great selection. Joel was knowledgeable, helpful and the whole project was quick and seamless. We did our entire basement, a stair runner, and carpeted the bedrooms.

The process between picking carpet, ordering and install went very smoothly. Conner was extremely helpful and had good follow through to get the job done!

My husband and I were shopping for floors at various stores in the area. We had a family member recommend America's Floor Source to us and it has been smooth sailing since. We specifically worked with Conor on picking floors for our specific needs, and he helped us identify good flooring options for our specific needs within our budget. We ended up doing the install ourselves, and even after getting our flooring delivered, Conor helped us identify what transition pieces would be needed to make our project look professionally finished. If you end up at this location ask for Conor!

Never made it to contract - just a terrible experience with Joel Wood giving us the runaround for a couple of months: disappearing, making false promises, and stringing us along. We were shocked at how unprofessional, unreliable, and dishonest the process was and ultimately contracted with a more expensive supplier with whom we simply had more confidence.

Loved Joel Wood and is team. Professionalism from start to install. Cannot say enough positives. The degree of service provided is rare these days. The installers did beautiful work. (We had carpet taken out of our master bedroom and had LVP installed. We have 3 large dogs!!).

We chose AFS to replace flooring in our Great and Dining Rooms – approx. 830 sq ft. Our shopping/selection experience as terrific. Scott was outstanding at listening to understand what we were looking for and educating us on the various product options to meet our needs. He made sure that we had samples and time to make the best selection. On installation day, the crew was fantastic. They arrived on time and ready to go. We were amazed not only with their efficiency but also with their craftsmanship. They were also very polite and respectful of our home. We are very happy with our new floors and would recommend AFS and Scott at the Millenium Court, Columbus showroom to anyone interested in any flooring projects.

I am thrilled with my new carpet from AFS! I had previously used AFS to replace the hardwood floors throughout my house and from the positive professional experience I had before, I used them again to replace the carpet. I have carpet in the majority of my house and had been putting it off due to the inconvenience. The installers were so efficient and helpful, they had it done in no time. From laying down the paper to protect my floors, removing and installing the new carpet to the clean up, there is no other flooring company I will use. It was easy picking out the carpet and after all the research, I couldn't find a better deal for the level of quality I was looking for!

Scott was very professional and worked with me every step of the process. Kept me informed and insured the job was done quickly. My floors are beautiful. Scott and the installers did a wonderful job and are a great asset to the America's Floor Source team.

Sales rep provided clear answers to questions while giving us good advise on choosing a product that wet our needs. The installation crew was on time, careful of the furniture that had to be moved, did a professional installation and left the area clean with all furniture replaced.

America's Floor Source installed carpeting in the house we are moving out of and our new home. Rich Barbabei, our sales person, was friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. If I had any questions, he responded quickly with the answers I needed. Their installers were fantastic and really nice guys. Rich also arranged to have flooring repaired in my new home. Again, the technicians were fantastic and really nice guys. Highly Recommend.
