America's Floor Source installed carpeting in the house we are moving out of and our new home. Rich Barbabei, our sales person, was friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. If I had any questions, he responded quickly with the answers I needed. Their installers were fantastic and really nice guys. Rich also arranged to have flooring repaired in my new home. Again, the technicians were fantastic and really nice guys. Highly Recommend.

Incredible experience from start to finish. We met with Joel Wood just before we started finishing our basement. He came out on the weekend and spent a good amount of time talking with us about the best options. I did some research beforehand so I knew a bit about what we were getting into, and Joel hit every nail on the head. He used zero sales tactics and had our best interests in mind, which is what sold us from the start. I had a contractor complete the first half of the basement and then I took about 3 months to finish the rest myself. I believe that if you pay a contractor to complete a job, he or she should complete the job with the same quality as if it were his or her own home, which is generally impossible to find nowadays. Each and every contractor that I had do work in our basement did a subpar job and/or cause damage, causing me to redo the work, repair the damages, and fix all the other issues. It was extremely frustrating month after month. Fast forward to the end, the installation of the carpet. Francisco and Nicolas showed up early, which was great, and got right to work. After seeing the 12 ft. wide and 40 ft. long rolled up runs of carpet, I already prepared myself to have to repair the drywall and all the corners. These guys worked their magic and got every single bit of carpet into my basement without a single bit of damage, even with a full 180 degree turn going down the stairs. We have gotten plenty of carpet installed in the past, and it always looked horrible regardless of the money we spent. They laid over 1400 sq. ft. of carpet without a single flaw and not a single dent in the trim or walls. This is the first time in a decade that I was overly impressed with the work completed and the work ethic. It blows my mind how great of a job these guys did. If I need flooring done in the future, I will request Joel, Francisco and Nicolas. I hope these guys stick around for a while!

I worked with Scott at AFS, and he was responsive and punctual. We needed to have this job done quickly because our house was going on the market soon, and Scott made everything happen in our narrow window of time. Installation was punctual and clean. I will use them again in the future.

Scott Jester was our sales rep and project manager. He was outstanding in his customer service and finding us the wood product that we wanted. Price was good. Installation was superb. The team worked hard, knew what they were doing and cleaned up nice after. I would go back for more work to the company anytime.

We were very happy with America's Floor Source. Their showroom is beautiful and includes a tremendous number of different selections of carpet and other flooring. Our saleswoman Jess was knowledgeable about different carpets and extremely good to work with. I had gotten three bids and America's floor source was the best for the quality we wanted. The installers did a really good job. They showed up right at 8 am and worked so hard all day to install carpet in most of the house. They said that they would finish in one day and they did, even staying past 5 pm. They paid attention to detail and cleaned up after themselves--and vacuumed the carpet before they left. Everyone we dealt with was very professional. We have three more rooms to carpet, and we will definitely return to America's Floor Source.

The installers did excellent work, and the room looks great. Note: this job was re-using carpet that was previously removed from our basement. We have used AFS several times over the years for carpet and tile and highly recommend them.

We worked with Holly Bowers. I went into this appointment thinking it was going to be so overwhelming. But Holly made the entire process so seamless. She was very knowledgeable. They did an incredible job removing and replacing our carpet in all the bedrooms on our second level. They were extremely friendly and helpful all the way from our first questions about selecting carpet through the installation and removal of our old stuff. Would highly recommend!

Rich help me select the best choice for my home. I was struggling trying to decide between wood or carpet. He discussed the pro and cons of both and shared pricing of both. His expertise and knowledge led me to go with carpet. The installers were extremely courteous, professional and responsive to all of my requests for furniture placement. Great price, excellent installation, carpet looked fabulous.

Rich Barnabei was excellent to deal with. Recently utilized his services for the master bedroom and closet flooring. Once that was completed, we chose to do the same flooring in our kitchen, family room, bathroom and laundry room. Rich came out right away and took measurements while letting us know what coordination was required with a plumber to facilitate installation. The flooring arrived ahead of time and Rich and Americas Floor Source were flexible in meeting our installation date. Joel Wood (east Columbus OH), our salesman was very helpful and patient as I tried to decide on a vinyl plank. He explained all the charges and measured so that the order was correct. The install crew was great. We had some special requests which they gladly accommodated. They arrived on time and worked very quickly. They did our first floor in under a day and cleaned up. Before they left, I was given clear instructions on what to do for the next few days. I highly recommend AFS.

Very responsive. Great quality work

Have worked with AFS several times in the past with great success and this time was no different. Rich Barnabei worked with us at the showroom and came out to measure for the install. He told us how things would proceed and informed us when our shipment came in ahead of schedule to arrange convenient install date. Slight hiccup the morning of the install since they had previous install to finish up in the morning but gave us a revised start time and stuck to it. The 3 man install crew worked efficiently and took care to not damage property. The floor looks amazing . Great experience. Great company and people to deal with.

Chris was always helpful, professional, and responsive. The installers have all been top notch. They are experts and well skilled in the type of flooring they are laying.
