A GREAT experience. They were able to schedule at my convenience and showed up even a little early. Chris and Tim came in and looked at each area, asked what furniture we wanted moved, and then explained the process. We left them to complete the job and they called us when they were done. It only took about 1-1/2 hours and we came back to beautiful, clean carpets and chairs. I have had many companies clean my carpets over the years but they have never had such clean, professional employees that I felt confident I could trust going through my rooms. The price was extremely competitive and my carpets have never looked so good. And, Chris and Tim were extremely knowledgeable with providing information on small spot removal and maintenance in-between cleanings.

They were fine. A problem we had with them is that we felt they were a little to expensive. The quality of work was fine though.

I'm very happy with the service. It was two parts: buying the carpet and having it installed. Both parts went smoothly. They were very clean, very quick. I have no complaints. I'm very happy with it.

The installation went very well and the quality of work was excellent. It did take a little longer to get the flooring in stock to be installed, but once it arrived - all was well.

I had a great experience with America's Floor Source from start to finish. I purchased my carpeting from the Trabue Rd. location. Todd Sweeney was my sales representative. I had been shopping for carpeting for a couple of weeks and decided to pull into America's Floor Source, which was just down the street from my house. Todd was very knowledgeable. You could really tell he knew his stuff. I got the quality and type of carpet I wanted and at a great price!! I was very impressed with the type of service I received. The installation was also very good. My installer was Jim Fortney. He and his coworker did a great job. I was very impressed with the company and would have no hesitation to recommend them to others.

He was to show up at 8:00am but due to a mix-up he showed up at 11:00am. He said he was going to cut out a square, but decided to use a white glue. He left not seeing the final results of the dried glue. When I saw the final results of the dried glue, it was unacceptable! I could not live with that. I emailed Dominion Customer Care and they called saying its the best they can do. The work was worst than if nothing was done at all! Dominion said well it was a courtesy and since I caused it no more was to be done. As far as who or how it was caused...I went on the web and found that a cause could arise from an uneven floor tha's not apparent until the floor have seem some traffic. It could have been a small stone underneath. But even so the good courtesy work is good advertisement for new business.

We had given the salesman a loose piece of woodwork from our fireplace trim so the company could match the stain for the new floor trim. A few days later, we received a call from someone else at the company, asking about the trim stain and he told us our salesman was no longer with the company and he knew nothing about our piece of trim. Fortunately, we found an old can of stain we had and the man came and took it to stain the trim. The company offered to have a carpenter repair where the "missing" piece belonged, but we decided to fix it ourselves. We then scheduled the installation. They told us they would be there by 8:00. They arrived by 7:45 and set to work. They covered our carpeted area where they needed to work. They had a crew of about 6 workers working hard. They had the job completed by about 3:30 including retacking the carpet at the edges of the flooring. I asked about any extra pieces of laminate and was told there was none. The floor looks great!
