My sales person was Chris Miller. He was very responsive when he wanted the sale and credit card information, but after that he was nearly impossible to reach. The installers were late and confused about the aspects of the job. They also spoke little to no English, which made communication exceedingly difficult. I paid extra to have furniture, etc moved but they complained about it incessantly and didn't put it back together properly, so I ended up doing it myself. They also didn't complete the job and it took multiple weeks and phone calls to try and get someone back out. They claimed they would be at my house between 8-10am but they never showed up and I never received a phone call. I even called multiple times to determine if they would be here.

Incredibly competitive pricing. We were really happy that they quoted us a price about ~1/3 less for the exact same product as another flooring store. Going to America's Floor Source saved us thousands of dollars. Service was impeccable. They kept us informed about a backorder and then promptly scheduled installation. Installation went very smoothly, with both the LVT and carpeting crews being on time and doing a really nice job. We love our floors and would highly recommend this store.

Linde Collins was recommended by our installer. We visited their showroom and selected the carpeting. We were very pleased with her service. She was most helpful regarding the finding of a selection that was within our budget and met our needs. She was able to save us several hundred dollars by getting an additional discount from the manufacturer. We ordered the carpet and it was picked up by our installer. The carpet was installed this week and we are extremely pleased with the process and the quality of the carpeting.
