I had a flooring job done earlier this summer and the flooring was included. I now needed to continue the flooring in another bath but didn't have enough left over. I contacted America's Floor source by email and the response was quick. He searched for a match but my box numbers weren't what he needed. They continued to search, found what they felt was the correct match, transferred it to the store closer to me for pick up. I even got a follow up text asking if it was the correct match! It was, thank goodness. I would definitely recommend this store. The staff is very pleasant and helpful and the quality and pricing is definitely great. I will definitely use them for future projects.

The whole process was very easy. We found the carpet we liked and Ed was very helpful in getting the measurements done quickly and carpet ordered quickly to meet out deadline. The installation was done within days of it reaching their warehouse. Overall the process went great and we are pleased with the results.

Materials were delivered at the appropriate dates and install was done very professionally. I have used this company numerous times and always been very satisfied from the initial selection process to the final install. Highly recommend!

The entire process went very well. This company has an excellent selection of flooring, far beyond the "big box" stores like Lowes and Home Depot. The jobs were done very professionally and the installation looks great. The entire space is vastly improved. Initially, I was considering doing a complete renovation of the basement, but the new floor looks so good, I no longer believe that is necessary. The salesman, Shannon, kept in touch with me throughout the process and made sure the results were satisfactory.

We looked for months for a product that could be installed on the lower walls of the island that would withstand people rubbing their shoes etc. against the wall and marking it. Then we found this new product, Finium at Americas Floor Source. The product was perfect, it was panels of wood that matched the color scheme in the kitchen perfectly. The installer was terrific! He was meticulous, informative, kept me aware of the issues with our intial plan of removing the baseboard and extending the product to the floor. So we left the base board in place and it actually added great contrast to the island. The installer was neat, laid builders board in entry all the way past island, cleaned up the work area.He took his time and we appreciated that because the island looks awesome.

I had a very good experience with salesperson Katie Mason who helped me carpet my home to get ready to sell it. Then she helped again when I used vinyl planks for my new home. It was a very smooth and easy process. Katie was very helpful and encouraging when I had hesitations and questions. She is very knowledgeable about the company and products.

Could not be more pleased with my new flooring from America's Floor Source (Lewis Center location). My salesperson, Garth, was very professional, provided options, and answered the many questions I had. Rob and Corey were an excellent installation team, arriving on time, worked very hard, cleaned up after completion, and even offered to move my kitchen table back in place, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend.

They were wonderful. They were very fast and did a good job.

Great. Sales rep Ed Kilrain brought samples to the house and was knowledgeable about low voc choices. AFS was willing to let the carpet outgas in its facility before installation because we have chemical sensitive. Installers came on time, did a good job, and cleaned up after themselves. Some initial confusion over whether they were installing just the runner or the whole job was quickly resolved with the office.

Very good experience. Replaced carpet in the entire house. Chris Miller was the Rep. He responded quickly, measured, and provided the estimate, recommending a carpet that met our needs. Price was good. Installation within the week. Very happy. Had him come back 2 months later and do the same thing in our finished basement. Convenient, quick and priced fairly

Pretty well. However, one day it rained and the tile installers tried to set up shop in the kitchen, which was being used by our kitchen contractor. Our contractor was upset about that. Also, it was very difficult to communicate with several of the installation workers.

We purchased kitchen flooring here upon the recommendation of our builder. After the floor was installed we had questions about returning unused tile. We called four times and were told four times someone would return our call because they had to check with their supplier, the manager, etc. We never received a return call. Each person we talked too had a different story. Two times they questioned whether we purchased the tile through their store. The customer service is abysmal and clearly, based upon this, I would never recommend them.
